Ffs Consolutation With Dr. Spiegel

I had my online Consolutation with Dr. Spiegle who is located in Boston, I just sent him some of my pics and initially it will cost me about $25k for my FFS(Brow, Lower Jaw, Trachea Shave, & Rhinoplasty) Understandable most plastic surgerons are perfectionists and want to do everything to make you as perfect as possible. So initially I might just want to get done my Brow and also Rhinoplasty since those are really my biggest *Flaws* for my face feminization. I still am a ways off before I go down this road(I have not even started HRT yet, hopefully in the next week or so) but at least I am getting information about what I will need down the road.

You do know that some feminization will take place with hormones alone, don't you?

It is possible that you will not ned anything more than the Brow and nose.

After you have been on your hormones for a while - more than 6 months send new pictures and see what he says.

Yes I have heard that, actually both my Therapist and one of the lady's I was talking with at my laser removal clinic said that they think I can EASILY pass once I am on HRT and they start to take effect(with little or no FFS). I am just exploring my options down the road if I do decide to get some FFS and want a more natural and feminine look.

Dr. Spiegle is such a nice man. His office is very T-Girl friendly.

I wouldn't recommend going on what others say. They often say what they think you want to hear or are just being polite. FFS is a highly PERSONAL decision, listen to your heart.

Dr SPIEGEL is an honest, upfront man. I've had the pleasure of meeting him 3 or 4 times. I've seen him speak, had a consultation with him (although I didn't choose him) and sat in on a friend of mine getting a consult as well. He's good people. Why didn't I choose him? When I was shopping for a surgeon 5 years ago he was still relatively new to FFS; he isn't any more.

I agree that some people just want to be nice, so I am defiantly not letting that go to my head. I am going to wait until I am on HRT and see how the changes will start to effect me and then make my decision if FFS will be right for me or not?

The changes that were shown on that site were absolutely amazing!!, and I can only hope for those type of results if I do decide to go down that road in the future.
