I am so confused.

Long lasting dysphoria had been troubling me during the 'lockdown' because my Laser hair removal treatments had to be put on hold. And I grew fur. And it kept growing.

It was making me crazy.

Then the salon has reopened with restrictions, but they called me to set up an appointment. So yay! This past Friday I went in and got another full body treatment. I feel so much better. It has made a huge difference in my outlook.

I'm not saying everyone needs to go do that. For one thing it's not cheap (but is highly effective). For another, it's pretty ouchy, especially when they get onto tender places.

But if you can figure out what drives your dysphoria - what the major trigger is - and deal with it, it makes a big difference.
