Breast buds

I have two small silver dollar sizes 'hard spots' that are growing behind my nipples. I have only been on hormones since the end of Febuary, is it possible they are the start of breast buds or am I just imagining it?

 

There is no viable growth out ward. Just the feel of the tissue underneath.

You’re not imagining this...it’s happening.  This is to be expected after 4-6 weeks. I assume there has also been some redness, soreness and possibly some itching on your areolas and nipples by now.  What you are experiencing is part of the process of the breast buds formation.  Enjoy!

Yes that is normal at 6 to 8 weeks, followed by your nipples staying hard all the time and becoming super sensitive and sore. I just passed 6 months and can happily say that they still hurt all the time! Your going through second puberty and your breasts are growing, be patient and consider getting a sports bra, there will be days you will be greatful you did as they protect your nipples from rubbing against your clothes and really hurting, it doesnt matter if you dont have any actual boobs yet to fill it.

That very same thing happened to me a couple months after I started. It's so exciting bc you know the hrt is working and you're actually gonna grow breasts! Congratulations hun!

Just wait to you feel all the ants crawling around inside just behind the nipples and for them to be ON 24/7. Oh and then the soreness.  Oh baby that’s fun.  Lol

But I loved every minute knowing what it all meant.  Except for when I’d run one into something. ????????

Thankful to be able to get started, even if ants crawling on my nipples sounds yucky!

Never got that feeling (ants). But a hard, tender lump each, soreness, and itchiness? Oh yeah! 

 

A year later and they're still growing, and still getting more sore. Still not unbarable. Its still very exciting and new for me! And it's so validating too.

Hmmm, have never felt the ant thing. Am I missing out.lol. But running into something is a definite ouch or when the triplets elbow or hit them its definitely ouch.

I was told this was ducts forming and my nipple growth doubled quickly when I started.  Super sensitive too.  I couldn't take a shower with out getting all hot and bothered. It was troubling as I was getting erect too which I did not care for.

I don't feel that anymore. 

 

Now I'm just sore all the time and even reaching my own arm across my chest makes them hurt.
