Leggings size conversion

I found a cute pair of exercise leggings on Amazon. I am not sure about size conversion. My waist is 38 with 32 inseam. Not sure if I should try a size 10 or 12. Anyone have experience with this? Any help appreciated.

A couple years ago I was a 38” waist and 33” inseam and started with a few size 14 but mostly size 16.  Today,  I’m a size 10 with my waist at 31”. My inseam hasn’t changed...yet.  lol  But I wouldn’t mind being a little shorter.  Hope that helps a little with your conversion.

Oh_Kay, I have basically the same measurements. I typically go with size 12, but I think  size 10 might work as well, just a little tighter since they tend to stretch. Hope that helps.

Just one thing to think about which I have found with leggings Kay . I am UK size so won't quote actual sizes because of the difference but I found that I needed one size larger than my optimum waist size because of the size of my calf muscles.
