new glasses

So I've had this pair of glasses since eighth grade, and I decided to get some new ones, both because I need a new prescription, and because I dislike the shape of the ones I have currently. My glasses rn are pretty round, and I got them when I was really obsessed with kpop because all of the kpop guys look great with their circular glasses. They looked nice at the time, but I had longer hair then. Now they make me look fem in a way that I don't like, hence the getting of a new shape.

 

All of the online forums suggest a more rectangular shaped frame, so here's some photos of the ones I picked out. Do they do the job of making my face look more dudely, or are they having the same affect as my round ones?

Oh I read that wrong. The square ones look masculine. I thought that’s what Lexi was pointing out.

Personally, I wear round frames to help make my face appear rounder and more feminine. The rectangular frames have the opposite effect and make your face look more angular and manly. My two cents anyway.

The rectangular glasses do look more masculine. I’ve always wanted round glasses, but they just don’t look great on me. I wear rectangular glasses now, too.
