Slapping on a fact checking system could be risky to either Trans or H8ers if we do not know what the facts are.  In this case, the facts would be actual numbers, places and times and other factors. We have anecdotal information on individual Trans youth landing in 3rd or fourth place at best and less often a second place and even more rarely First places. We have the cases like World Champion Caster Semanya who is a Cis with a naturally elevated Testosterone level on peoples minds.  What are the facts really?  I am still glad that the answer "Statistics do not support the claims" can be used, but the reality is we do not have the statistics, thus no support or even disapproval.

Yep, sadly way too little research is done. It creates a lovely mess of a situation that bigots take advantage of, the transphobes always ask where is the research and then brigade any study that touches on gender which includes trans folks.
