First time breastforms

I am looking to get breast forms. My

Problem is fit. I am larger person. 6ft 220lbs 46 chest. The breastplates available that say they are for my size are G cup. I was wanting a D cup max. I don't want to look like Dolly Parton. Wouldn'a G cup be huge? How much will breastforms stretch? The ones im looking at are no oil silicone with silicone fill. Any ideas?

HI @Michelle20, welcome to the forums first of all.

To the best of my knowledge, breast forms are of a fixed size, they don't "stretch".

Like yourself, I'm 6ft, 224lbs with a 42" chest, but a 38D bra fits me perfectly and cups the breast forms ideally.

G size forms are indeed massive.

You could take a look at our one and only sponsor's The Breast Form Store's Bra measurments for Crossdressers for added info.

The type im looking at are breastplates. You wear them like a shirt. They do stretch...just not sure how much.

@Petra Jane has good advice there.  The "Breast Plate" type of forms do not look realistic under the most open minded circumstances.  Forms for each individual breast give a much better and believable appearance. Breast forms are sold in pairs.  You will have to buy a bra to hold them in place, but the bra which can be a bit small will do a great job.  The shirt types are very uncomfortable and will make a fun time a misery.  If you know the "plate" will stretch, why did you ask??

I want the breastplate because it would cover some chest hair allowing me to wear a little more revealing blouse and show some cleavage.

Admittedly my only real experience is with individual breast forms with or without a pocket bra, with some preparation, I think the right breastplate design can look fine, especially if you're looking to show some cleavage. Here's a friend of mine. Admittedly, they've been making some, ahem, big decisions lately but if they're happy, I'm happy.

They identify as bigender and were a little down the last time I talked to them. I'll pass it along.

Oh, and I should mention that they're about my height (5'11") and weigh a little more than I do (I'm 196) so 6' and 220 looking like that isn't unreasonable.

Hugs!

It good to know I've been measuring correctly. ? The recommended band size is damn close to the direct measurement I took; there's about 1" variance between my measurement and the chart recommendation.

The document says "naturally developed breasts", for clarification does that mean breasts grown by cis women, breasts grown by trans women on HRT, or both? I assume they don't mean augmented breasts.

No idea, sorry. I assume they refer to natural breasts, even those that men have.

I broke down last night and bought a pair of breastforms. They kept trying to talk me into the G cup for my size and build buti didnt go that big. I wanted D or less but compromised with an F cup. I hope they arent way too big

Depending on how broad your chest is, a F might not be as big as you think. I have to ask though, who were you buying from that kept insisting that you needed a G? Do they have a deal with your chiropractor? Breast forms, especially solid silicone, can get heavy.

It was IMI. They said it was due to chest/bra band size not cup size. For all i know he may have just liked big boobs. Lol. As far as weight...i just crossdress...i don't have to wear them day in and day out. Otherwise i may have opted for cotton filled.

I recieved my breastform and i was able to try them on tonight. THEY ARE AWESOME! They change my shape so much as compared to a bra with foam inserts. And they actually jiggle and bounce when i walk. They are pretty realistic looking too. Only complaint so far is that even though they feel exciting...most of the weight is distributed on my shoulders and they don't pull at my chest. I would love to know what real ones feel like. Anyway Im going to buy a new bra and if i can get up the nerve i will go out dressed up Saturday afternoon. I will give them a full review and maybe a few pictures then.

You can get a pair that's designed to be glued to your chest. They feel about right. The downside is that they're GLUED TO YOUR CHEST. Fun, but the medical adhesive won't come off for weeks. The forms themselves certainly do, but the glue residue will linger a LONG time.

I'm thinking rubbing alcohol or perhaps a gentle body oil might work as solvents? Now that glue-on forms have been mentioned I find my interest has piqued. ?

Hi @Michelle20

Based on my experience and extrapolating your size and mine, I am thinking size D / 1000g silicone breast forms with a pocket bra might work for you.  But please, do some research and size comparisons (specially if the store/site has product reviews and you can find somebody close to your size).

WRT chest hair.  Have you considered shaving and/or laser removal?  That was one of the first things I did and it relieved a lot of dysphoria about my body hair (legs were next, then arms).

Hope you can find something.  It is truly a wonderful feeling to see your body the way you want it to be.

From experience: Nope. Medical grade adhesive is stubborn stuff. I'd be peeling little bits off for about a week. Worth it. They were great forms, but the glue had to be for special occasions because of the clean-up. Your skin might shed glue better than mine though, so hey, go for it.

I am not out so hair removal isn't really an option. That would be a dead giveaway. As far as size...i wanted D cup but had to go with an E cup instead. They aren't as big as I thought they would be. They actually look pretty natural on me(my opinion only).

I wasn't really fully Out to my wife yet when I first started laser removal on my chest/stomach.  My excuse was that I had found some gray hairs, and I absolutely was not going to tolerate gray body hair (which I do detest) and which was true .. but it wasn't the real reason I did it.  I understand though its a difficult step to take if its going to create questions ..

Happy you found a size (E) that fits you and feels natural, Michelle.  My "C's" look natural.  My "D's" are Va-va-va-Voom! ?  Enjoy the new "girls" ❣️

Actually i misquoted. They are F cup. And yes they are va-va-Voom also to some degree. But with my size and build...with clothes on they dont look that much out of place. Might be different when the weather warms up and i put on something low cut and revealing. And yes i look forward to showing them off to anyone who wants to look this weekend.

Hi @Arushi, welcome to TransPulse and thanks for sharing. Your story sounds familiar to me in some ways: I used to go out dressed femme exclusively at night and received a lot of attention from guys. Back then I had no interest in them, mainly since their attention so often resembled sexual harassment. But that was 12 years ago and a lot has changed. Now I am exclusively into guys, and proudly trans.    You ask are you wrong to crossdress; I would say absolutely not. It sounds as if this urge comes from a place deep within you, and I doubt you could suppress it for long if you tried. You also describe no harms that have resulted from your crossdressing. But maybe the real question is how do you feel about it? Leaving aside the societal stigma that can surround crossdressing, do you feel there is anything wrong with your behaviour? And lastly, does your wife know? If not, then that may be a problem. But if so, then imo the problem is in not being open with your wife, not in crossdressing. Crossdressing is a morally neutral act.

I am opening up for the first time to someone other than myself. A bit about me; I am an Asian Indian male, 45 , married and dad, working professional from Portland. I have very mixed body features. I don’t have much hair on me and I wax so have a smooth body all over, light wheatish skin color, nicely done eyebrows and definitely size B manboobs, 6’2” tall and slightly curvy body, so I look like a tall woman when I am all dressed up. Growing Up; At a very young age , I got very intrigued with Wigs and Bra’s. I used to try on Bra’s starting age 14 and stuffed them up with socks. I used to roam wearing panties , and gown , usually taken off my dryers from my neighbors laundry. I remember this one weekend , I was all by myself and tried makeup for the first time and did my best , let’s just say it wasn’t bad for my first time. That was my best weekend being in woman clothing’s all day long around the house.  As I moved out of the house for college , I started freely and frequently cross dress, I bought my own silicone breasts , bra’s , panties  and dresses. I used to go to thrift stores and Ross, pick up the best in the lot, 44DD size and go into changing room and try them on with my Silicone boobs. I used to look for slightly worn panties , to make me feel I have been wearing them for ages. I got some cheap makeup, eyeliner, lipstick, foundation and the whole Shabang and 4-5 beautiful wigs. I had a closet full of items . Every Sunday, I would spend 3 hours dressing up , and sneaking out in public in my best woman attire, I used to get compliments all the time, many guys even approached me , I was flattered but never felt aroused for guys. Only when woman would stare , I would get a bulge .  Today: I still have a collection of cross dressing items and really good stuff from Sephora. I still cross dress and roam around in the streets of SF during my work travels (when I am off work) , you may run into me on one of my work trips. My wife and kids go on trips to visit my in laws for a month in summer, that’s when I am always dressed like a woman all around, with nail polish done too. I so feel in my element dressed as a woman. Sexual preference: I am into Woman, dominating woman that would control me, dress me up and take me on a girls night out. Make out with me in ladies room . Am I wrong in doing so? Should suppress my desires to cross dress?

Yesterday I appeared on Brisbane community radio station 4ZZZ discussing the Cass Review, the recent NHS-sponsored review of gender-affirming care for kids in the UK. This is a seismic event for trans kids and their families worldwide, or as I said yesterday, “a world-class piece of anti-trans propaganda”. I have researched this solidly for the past month and will have waaaay more to say on the topic, but for now I hope you’ll listen to this quick overview. The episode is available to stream as a podcast via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.   Trigger warnings: transphobic healthcare, sexualisation of children (touched on briefly, but it is upsetting).   My heart goes out to trans kids and their families in the UK and anywhere else these policies are being enacted.   https://open.spotify.com/episode/3LAHs3VZB8zuGWGt41rzaL?si=BRUHUvz3QmWr5cyCEYyB0Q&context=spotify%3Ashow%3A3Jay63nMJ67bBMI9M59tKe

No, though I am generally happy with my life. Transitioning later in life has left me in a position where I don't pass, and it sometimes confuses people, which makes me sad. I am able to live quite normally due to a supportive community, but I neither chose nor wanted to be trans, so I do hold a level of conflict with it. Early in my transition, my psychologist told me I needed to come to terms with my new role (but she had no advice how to do this) or I wouldn't find peace, and I doubt I ever will. I have learned to live with this, and I am trying to make the most of my time, but true peace and happiness has eluded me.   Hugs,   Allie

lol Now logarithmic is a word I haven’t heard since I was in High School in the mid 60s. @Mirrabooka.  We used to use logarithms to be able to do higher level math.  Of course this was before calculators,  we also used slide rules.  The first personal calculators that were capable of more than more than simple math cost hundreds of dollars.  And only came out in the mid 70s.   Today you carry a very capable computer in your pocket or even on your wrist.
