Effects of HRT on internal organs

The differences between male and female organisms are not only consisted of genitals and hormones. For example pulse, metabolism, and so on. How do internal organs besides genitals may change during HRT or they will work the same? What about vessels, ligaments, muscles, and other kinds of tissue? And what about brain processes (I'm sorry if it's insulting someone, I heard there could be some difference too). I would like to know of this kind of change as much as possible, so there won't be any unpleasant situations with my organism in the future.

Let's see... Muscle mass decreases about 30% on estrogen. The time frame is between 9 and 24 months depending on which study you believe. Basically you turn into a big car with a smaller engine. You've not very old though so you might not see as drastic a change as I did.

Ligaments loosen. You'll be more flexible.

The brain changes are... amazing. You won't turn into a different person, but you shift to a more empathic perspective. Emotions are also more intense. It's a little like the difference between using a sippy cup and drinking from the firehose.

Orgasms are different. Longer, more intense, but harder to reach.

Fat distribution changes.

Your sense of smell gets WAY better.

Your sense of taste changes with the sense of smell. There are notes in food you have not yet experienced. It is both terrible and wonderful. Try new foods. You might find some things you like more while other things are suddenly overwhelming. Especially chocolate.

 

Those are the major notes. We're all a little different so you might notice changes that I didn't. You're in for a ride either way.
