Sports bra

Well, I currently only put one on if I'm trying to look nice (the girls are a little wall-eyed and need to be corralled) or if I need the support because I'm exercising. Otherwise I just go free-range.

Before that, I was wearing a bra to keep my breast forms in place.

I'd say about the point your breasts get so sensitive that you just need to let them breathe.

Hugs!

Of recent had purchased a Shefit high-impact sports bra. Realized I wasn't getting enough support and it was making my chest, shoulders, and neck muscles swell in a not so comfortable way. Finding the right support can mean the difference between you being in pain or comfort. Everybody has their own preferences and needs, so it takes a bit of trial and error, as well as a bit of research where to get bras that fit for your specific needs. Was doing some looking for myself and found these links helpful. Maybe these links will help direct you to the right support that's best for you.

I hate bra's already haha. Damn nips get so sore though, I need the padding. I never needed one before, but went and bought four this week after a growth spurt (Just padded sports bra's). The shape they  produce under clothes is just right though.

I also bought a couple of these this week too. Look great with open shirts.

Oooo pretty. Part of my reasoning is to get used to wearing them. I'm trying to hide some of my current changes too since I'm not out to anyone but a close sis friend and partially to my wife.

I like sports bras because the cup size isn't much of an issue.  It's fine under a sweater or some cool weather clothes, but I'll switch off to something else with a lighter top - or lower neckline.
