I kinda want long hair (featuring an existential crisis)

My hair gets curly when it’s long. I wish I could have long hair and still pass. Long, curly, blond hair, dressing the way I want. I’d look too feminine right now, but maybe someday I could pull it off.

I doubt many of you have listened to The Magnus Archives podcast, but I currently feel kind of like Michael the Distortion at the moment. Confusing, and weird, and made of nonsense. I feel odd. My body never looks right anymore. I don’t know what right even is. Everything feels wrong. I want to feel at home. I want to feel right in my own skin for once. I don’t like this body.

My hair also gets slightly curly when long, and I think that when I get on T I'll grow it out to be shoulder length again. Long hair's kinda nice.
I get what you mean by Michael in the Distortion, it really sucks sometimes. Hope the bees went away

I think you can still have long hair and pass @whatishappening , its just how you wear it! Most men with long hair have it soooo easy too! They usually start with a simple cut (no bangs!) based almost entirely on the length of the pony tail they want, wash it with normal, unscented shampoo, and let it air dry (often tied back in the aforementioned ponytail). Some men use a little conditioner if their hair is prone to knotting, but that's about it! The one give-away I hear about the most - for both men and women - is sideburns or the absence of them. If you are on T and developing facial hair, have your barber keep your sideburns a little low if you are clean shaven. The other give-away is that very few men dye their hair, so rock your natural color like you don't give a damn and flaunt its imperfections! I hope that helps! ?
