I'll probably be hairless by Thanksgiving.

Last December I started the process of facial hair removal, and went in expecting at least a year and a half to two years before i was hairless on my face. Even though I didn't have a full man beard. . 

 

I have had 7 laser sessions, and about 4 hours of electrolysis so far, and im only doing electrolysis till I'm done now. All I have left is my left side, my upper lip, goatee, and what little hairs are left. Till I'm done. Probably another 6-8 hours till I'm fully done. 

 

I wasn't expecting to be done this quickly, or for around 2k in total. Yes I know I'm lucky, but I can't wait till I no longer have to shave.

It’s a wonderful feeling. I’m over half way there. All I have left are blonde stragglers. I’m trying not to think about how much I’ve paid out of pocket though Kaiser will start paying for it next month (my 6 month HRT anniversary). I’m excited for you and thank you for sharing your experience.

I get that I'm probably a pretty rare case. When it comes to how short of a process it's been for me. I just kinda hope I can give people proof. That it can be done quicker, and a lot cheaper then most. 

 

I just wish I would have done this three years ago. Before I even thought of transitioning. I would have been hairless years ago, and probably done with most of my upper body. Which is next after this. When I can afford it.

I understand how you feel. I didn’t have to shave much until my 40’s. Now, even with HRT, it’s still once a day though it’s much easier. My electro lady recommends laser the electro if I ever decide to do bottom surgery.
