The Attack in Chrissie Lee Polis My Politically Incorrect Thoughts

Sometimes Chrissie

Recommended Posts

I watched the vile and gruesome video of two nasty women beating the (expletive) out of her. The women who nearly killed her attacked her because one of their boyfriends talked to her. W hat I took away from it was this blunt observation. Chrissie Lee Polis was much prettier than her attackers. When I was playing in clubs regularly, pretty women were often picked on by the not so pretty ones.

The other vulgar part of it was the only one who tried to stop it was an old White lady. The bystanders laughed joked recorded the attack on their cell phones. I will not post a link to the video but if you search you can find it.

The people who attacked and tried to kill Chrissie Lee were from group who are committing brutal unprovoked attacks on Asians but it seems that nobody want to deal with that elephant in the room. If you were to say to this group, all lives matter you'd be called a bigot. Just sayin.

Most violence against trans females is committed by the same group that is attacking Asians. Black trans females are far more likely to be murdered than White trans females and there are far more White trans females than Blacks ones. Basic crime data. Nobody will say why more Black trans females are being murdered than White ones. Nobody will acknowledge the race of the killers. Why? IMO it doesn't matter why they are killing them, what matters is that they are killing them because if someone theorizes as to why it will only end up excusing the killers in some way.

Germaine Greer was banned from speaking on college tours because she believes that trans females and not women. I'm not a Germaine Greer fan but I don't think she should be censored. I used to be that transgender folks were called "the third sex". Non Judea/Christian cultures thought intergendered and transgender people were something special. Why are we so hung up on labels?

After the beating of Chrissie Lee Polis and after the remarks by Germaine Greer, I wrote a song called XY Girl which took aim at the trans haters and the knee jerk reactions to feminist Germaine Greer's remarks.

The way I see it is a trans female is kinda the same thing as an AIS female. It's rumored that Kim Novak and Jamie Lee Curtis are AIS females.

It seems everyone is looking to be offended these days and as a result everyone is walking on egg shells. When label me a liberal is I ask, "Is that because I understand facts". If I'm anything, I suppose I'm and egalitarian who'd like to see an equatable distribution of wealth, moral greed free health care, and equal justice and protections under the law. But I don't think the collective IQ in the US is too low the ignorance is too high and love is too scarce for the US to be anything but a war mongering hate filled fascist kleptocracy.

I think what I wrote is food for thought.

Although I tend to stay clear of topics that tend to bring out answers that cause further ire, I must say I am so saddened with the abuse suffered, especially by transgender women and would love to see those responsible brought to justice.

I will also say I am saddened by Germaine Greer and J. K. Rowling and their views - like Anita Bryant they have used their visiblity to hurt so many others.

I tried to keep and open mind about Germaine Greer's statements of belief. I would defend her right to speak but I would lambaste her in a debate.

Here what we know. Scientifically all of us are homo sapiens but are all of us human. The word human means something slightly different to everyone. For instance, by the scientific definition sociopaths are homo sapiens but are they human? I guess that would depend on your definition of human and the word humane. I would say that sociopaths are not human by my definitions. I suppose I'm a secular humanist and sociopaths and other types would not be invited to my "club".

The words woman and man have different meanings to different people. Feminists have created a new word to describe female homo-sapiens. They call them womyn.

I don't believe their are races or species of homo-sapiens.

One culture might see trans  folks as a third gender while embracing them where as other cultures such as the depraved culture in the Bible Belt may use the pejorative -transgender- a shortened version of transgender and revile them. It comes down to language and while I think meticulous Latinity  would be best used in describing the gender continuum as intellectually lazy humans we use short cut words that are imprecise. Then there's the hypocrisy and phony moral out rage. Educated folks in African countries are critical of African American culture and they are aloud to express it without condemnation. The same is not true for non Blacks. It is culturally acceptable for African Americans male or female to beat the crap or kill trans females and now Asians but sadly anyone who points out the immutable facts runs the risk of being called a racist.

The beating of Chrissie Lee Polis turned my stomach and I'm an MMA fan. The level of depravity it took for all those people to beat her and for the others to laugh and do nothing to help her was to me as horrible as the murder of George Floyd. Had an elderly White lady not intervened they probably would have killed Chrissie Lee Polis. The mainstream media mostly ignored it. There was no televised trial and the sentences handed down to the two females who tried to murder Chrissie Lee were light.  LGBTQ folks are still fair game for these predators. Equal protection under the law? Not yet.

What lives matter? By my definition human lives matter. Not all homo-sapiens are by my definition human.

all good points... I'm learning to have more and more compassion - not only for myself but others.

Beating or trying to kill a female because she can't or doesn't want kids is just pure evil.  Females have a choice in the matter but there are parts of the US and cultures that live in the US who still think it's the Dark Ages. IMO there is no excuse for it. The ignorance of the people involved in the Salem witch trials can be explained by saying, "They thought they were doing the right thing." Attacking Asians, Jews and trans ladies is a sport for these predators. Gay bashing has always been a sport to these sickos.

I suspect that the reason lynchings stopped is because the perpetrators were finally punished. 15 years ago Jerry Springer had shows that featured "trannies" I think at the time that term which is a pejorative today, was used to describe drag queens, cross dressers, and transgender females. What I noticed then was that most of the cruel comments from the audience came from females. Most of the onstage physical violence was perpetrated by Black males and Black females. This is the elephant in the room. When a passable one would enter the stage the male audience members would hoot and holler and act like asses like men often do. The males never seemed to perturbed when they found out that the so called "-transgender-" was born with a penis or still had a penis. Trans females look like cis females but maybe a bit taller like AIS females but with some surgical enhancement. Males are going to be attracted to them. People need to get over that reality. Men check me out and I'm merely androgynous.

Actually the bill seems to be so thoroughly confusing that I doubt that enforcement is even possible.  It could however incite vigilante style actions.  A false accusation against a "looks challenged" Cis woman is very likely to happen early on.  So what will happen in the case of those situations?  I have a script in mind over the sad average looking daughter of one of the legislators getting tangled into one of those situations.  I don't know whether it would be a comedy or a tragedy at the minute.

I don't know yet. I'm sure there is going to be a big crowd. I also would have to keep up with the kids and probably won't enjoy myself mostly.

I can understand that. My Keurig is used for hot water mostly and when my mom comes. I mostly use a regular coffee maker. I have had that for 5 years now. I had a Bunn but it didn't last long. I also have a French press and rarely use that. I would love to get a cappuccino maker but that is for later on. Starbucks is getting expensive. My kids favorite thing there is the cake pops. I found out that Walmart Neighborhood Market has them. Typical me getting off topic. lol

After many years in denial, I have finally acknowledged my femininity. After quite a long life, so much time has been wasted. Now I feel I am too old to enjoy the freedom I now feel. All I can contribute to those who need to embrace their true gender, be BRAVE and don,t waste time!

Well, welcome M.A. Several of my now grown kids were involved in theater in school.  And one is now a graphic designer.

Wow what a busy day today.  Clearly the summer crowd is coming into town.  Doesn’t hurt that we have a PGA event here.  It is limited to 100 players. But the spectators is where the crowd is.   i alone more than doubled my usual sales.     we keep hearing thunderstorms however they are staying just west of us for now. The storms in western Tennessee right now are supposed to be here in the morning.

Edit: Latest album is called "Drumless". My bad. The name of their tour is Drummer.

My gen z cousin & her gf were visiting the last few days. We are a very, very small contingent of queer members of our family & we stick together. She and her gf introduced me to G Flip. They recently attended a concert and said it was the best concert ever. They were playing G Flip in the car and I was impressed by the vocals, the lyrics, the influences, and the percussion (G is also a drummer). I love a nonbinary vocalist (not that we get to hear so many...yet...) because the freedom from gender performance shines forth. I could hear influences from many styles of music I loved in the 90s, but all blended together in a joyfully percussive way. G Flip is rad! I would post a link to some tracks or an album, but there are explicit lyrics which would go against community rules - you can easily search youtube yourself if you're interested; their latest album is called "Drummer". But here is a picture of G who is serving us gorgeous nonbinary vintage Axl Rose!

Welcome, @MAN8791. I relate to this so much. I'm roughly the same age as you, afab & nonbinary. For decades, I beat myself up for being a "broken" girl/woman. And I tried my darndest for many of those years to perform woman successfully. While outwardly I may have seemed "a success", inwardly the effort and dysphoria caused me so much anxiety, panic, and depression that it eventually became unsustainable. For me, the first step was letting go of identifying as "broken". Next, I allowed myself to be however I am. And very rapidly I felt better - in fact, initially I felt ecstatic. The door was open for me to really learn about self-love and therefore love itself.

Well, the counter space in the kitchenette is pretty Limited. But also cost, and usefulness. I guess she is mostly right, and it isn't really important.
