So I just started taking HRT and couple of weeks later I have clear fluid from my nipples and breast soreness any suggestions I’m all ears

I experienced some fluid as well, not 100% sure what it was but it resolved quickly. The breast soreness will go on for a while. I noticed soreness about 6 weeks in and it continues for a while. Nothing to be concerned with.

Welcome to female puberty.  One quickly learns not to walk into doors.  The ouches are standard but pass before long.

Hugs,

Hi, @Jamieleann!  One thing that wasn't mentioned to me before I started was the nature of breast development -- in fact, it can be (and often is) completely unpredictable. Growth spurts; periods of no growth.  Breast buds appearing, disappearing, and reforming. I've had periods of slow, gradual development with no breast buds present.  After my first year (I'm now at the 2 1/2 year mark),  I'd say my development has mostly tended to be asymmetrical -- the left or right side developing at different rates.  Most cis women are not perfectly symmetrical, and neither are we.  With time, I've learned not to be so concerned about each small detail, concentrating on the blessings and benefits that my physical changes bring (sort of like concentrating on the forest rather than the trees, as it were).

As they grow, nipples are much more sensitive to temperature and touch, in addition to bumping into things.  I can no longer sleep on my stomach.  All part of the deal 🙂.

Best wishes!

And bumping things when reaching…

Or your own arm…

Oh yes, learnt really fast on that one.

Since I still do a bit of manual work, next day the girls are sore for awhile after I get up.

Oddly or maybe not I found that massage helps a great deal with the tenderness and soreness. Much like any soft tissue soreness really. Also at my age I have to be mindful of breast cancer.

Wouldn't miss Puberty 2.0 for anything. So much happier now 💕

Hugs

These comments are so much more explanatory and real than anything I ever found through Google. Thank you

One year in, I haven't had discharge, though I have heard of it happening. The aching and soreness is definitely an almost constant thing on one side or another, and sleeping, or if the dog jumps up! Also still having to shave daily to wear anything that isn't a polo neck without showing stubble, but from what my cis friends tell me, "welcome to the club". It's all normal.

Personally, I think the moderators here strike the perfect balance, and I'd like to thank you all for your efforts.

Don't forget TJ Maxx for purses.  I have purchased several from there.  They offer a great variety with good prices.  You can even find high-end bags at affordable prices.   @Ladypcnj purses are one of my weaknesses as well.

When I get stuck in androgynous mode for an extended period I have to admit that I salve the dysphoria at times through retail therapy.    And, I've been busy. I search for bargains a lot of eBay, put items on my watchlist, wait for an offer and then typically make a lower counter-offer. Most of the items I buy are new. The strategy has gotten me some amazing deals on brand name clothes.   I will also admi to being a Talbot's Girl and all these are Talbot's items. Their clothes just seem ti fit me well. New in my closet are:

We have even had them here from time to time I am afraid.   The rights of Free Speech actually carry a weighty responsibility to take the consequences of making that speech and it is that responsibility where the persons making the FREE hateful statements break down.  They insist that the Right shields them from the consequences, but it makes them all the more liable for them in reality.

When and if a post is removed here, there is always a PM to the poster to explain the action and offer them an opportunity to amend the post to align with T&C's (if possible).     Certainly!  There are always those who will flaunt the rules.

Actually, Memorial Day is the day where we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.   Veteran's Day, November 11th, is the day where we honor all who served.   Here is something I found that distinguishes among Memorial, Veteran's and Armed Forces day.

I think Norstrom and Marshalls would be the top leading stores for both fashion and their collections of purses.

Welcome to TGP, Amy! You'll find many like-minded people here as well as tons of information. Don't worry about trying to describe yourself. Relax, ask questions, and join in where you feel comfortable.    I started out like you, crossdressing in private, even hiding it from my wife, before coming to the realization that it was much more. I'm still only out to my wife, therapist and priest.....and, of course, everyone here. We all understand how difficult it can be to find oneself amid the emotions and challenges.    We are each unique yet share many commonalities.    We're glad you found us!

You are more brave than I. It's only 60 here right now.

I was doing my best to get past the fear and shame i felt whenever i went out in public so when i went to therapy and later to my doctor i presented as the woman i felt myself to be.  There was a policy that one had to live as their chosen gender for a year prior to starting HRT.  In some ways that seemed almost right to me as one of the hardest things we do is the entry into society as ourselves.     Of course the way you dress is up to you but be assured that your doctor is there to support not denigrate your decision.   Hugs,   Charlize

You are right, there are no actual 'roos in Tassie, just their smaller cousins like wallabies and pademelons. Devils are really cute. If you got to see the adults in full noise, you can easily understand why they got portrayed that way in the Looney Tunes cartoons! Emus, or 'bush chooks', have a habit of sneaking up on you and stealing food. I was at an open range zoo a few years ago and was holding a bag of pellets behind me to hide it from the emus in front of me, when one snuck up behind me and stole it. I've never jumped so high in my life! I almost needed to change my undies! 😆
