Hey, everyone, let's all buy a bar or two of Hershey's products to support their efforts to recognize trans women as women, and stick it to the H8ers.

I Thought Canada Had more acceptance  of all people more than the US maybe Not Disappointing to say the least

Good on Hershey's for doing that promotion!  Too bad it's milk chocolate, but I might just pick up a Hersey's dark chocolate bar next time I am in the store to thank them.

We do.  I expect that most of the fuss on Twitter is south of the border.

 

But the same propagandists are sowing hate among the people here.  Our main opposition party (only one election away from forming the government) is trumpist in nature.  Fortunately, our courts are less easily bought, so we'll go down the tubes a little slower than the US did, but we are heading towards the same place.

Luckily, their corporate headquarters and main factory are in a relatively blue state (for now).

While I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate, I noticed in one version of this story that the Cookies and Cream bars were featured.  A definite favorite for me. 

I've always enjoyed Hershey's among other brands, but haven't seen any specially marked women's merchandise.  I guess its just a Canadian thing for now?  I wonder if they have plans for the US market?
