How Will I Ever Afford FFS?

Im in a deep state of obsessive panic and FOMO, how is it possible to afford FFS? i dont even want to be alive in by the time i am 30 years old... i am so poor i cant afford probably untiul 30 unless i win loittery

I have no idea what is covered under your National Health program I am afraid.  We do have other U.K. members who will be along in a bit who can speak about that.  Hormones will help in how your face looks, so I would suggest you slow down a bit until you are on HRT from a legal medical source.  None of the surgeries will totally correct even the most chiseled male features into female ones.  Let's be realistic about it, women come in all sorts of shapes and sizes if you clearly observe them.  I was told by several Aestheticians that I was so close to female norm anyway that the only thing for me to do that would be helpful was going to be dental work.
