I was at a Pride Month reception tonight given by the Pasadena Tournament Of Roses which puts on the Pasadena Rose Parade each New Years.  I actually got about 3 minutes to speak to the actual President of the TOR as well as a dozen or so more of his volunteers who are all wonderfully supportive of the LGBTQ community.  I jokingly asked a couple of the people there if they were not afraid of a boycott of the parade if it was found they were supportive.  Their reaction was first a shocked look and then a laugh, seeing as the Parade itself has over a million viewers on the parade route and far far more on Television. If a few hundred boycotted the parade route it would not even be noticed.  They already have a fringe crowd they have to put up with every year and have had sufficient security for years dating back to the Viet Nam War and Civil Rights eras.
