Federal Judge Partially Halts FL Ban On Trans Youth Care

This is excellent news.  That said, it appears to only apply to three sets of parents and children.  I haven't read the ruling and am not a lawyer, so I'll leave it to others to figure it all out.  But it's still good news.

Erin Reed of course has a twitter thread about it, lots of stuff that people like us say that the 'just asking questions' crowd never seems to accept as they continue to re-ask the same questions over and over...

The side with the anti-trans bias couldn't find anyone who regretted transitioning, and the judge noted that 98% of the people in question did not regret their decision.

I heard that exactly ONE out of state "regretter" had to be flown in, and looks like the regretful one will be getting frequent flyer miles to other stages as well.  LOL.

It is certainly good news.  Federal judges have been instrumental in civil rights for a long time.  Pity that 45 got to appoint so many as McConnell had blocked so many nominations by the Obama administration.
