OK Ladies,and the occasional gentlman.

I wrote this piece on October the 9TH.

Lets hear how you have changed if you started using this technique.

I am interested in hearing your results.Seriously.

heh heh I've been forgetting to do it. Okay, this time I will remember :P

OK,

The PC muscle can be contracted by...

Squeezing your booty real hard...And holding for three seconds.

Relax, breath normal, and tightening both the upper and lower tummy.

Breath out and do it again. If done regularly it becomes routine.

Then, you will see results. And they will be noticable.

A smoother flater tummy is the reward. For Real.

And it wont be muscular either.Truth.

Hugs Folks,

Angie.

hi angie

great post i have some pinched nerves in my lower back and doing this is so much less painful than situps.

it is a little tricky learning to contract each muscle separately like this as i haven't done much exercising

ever and even less the past several years. the one thing i am having trouble with is the breathing part but

that will work itself out.

i'll get back and let you know how it goes. :banghead:

Cause that is what these forums are for...Support.

And We Are Women Right?

Ang.

This is good info Angie, I am glad I found your post from 2007. I will add this to my core training. The upper abs are hard to work and I just love watching my hip / waist ratio increase.

Hugs and smiles,

Cindy -

PS:Everyone, there are real nuggets from the past to be dug up in these forums, this is one of them, and glad to bump it after over 3 years.

Thanks! I have the muscle definition of Stretch Armstrong (I have like zero visible veins), and I'm trying to slim up a bit (go from about 210 lb to about 185 lb for pure health reasons...5'11") before my estrogen REALLY kicks in, and the worst "chunk" I have is in my stomach (and I don't even drink!).
