Meh, just more of the same.  Makes people feel good about themselves.  They are "saving the world from transgenderism" at no cost to themselves.  Although it's a bit hard to explain what "Transgenderism" is, or why it's such a threat to humanity's existence.

None of this stuff surprises me anymore.  There will be more - lots more.

Italy is fast becoming more conservative, autocratic and undemocratic, as are many countries in Europe.  It's a concern, as autocrats frequently use fear to stoke distrust & hatred of "the other."  To borrow a movie phrase, "it's a tale as old as time."

The Miss Italy pageant has announced that it will not allow trans women to enter, and in response, over 100 trans men from the country have entered the pageant in protest.

“Since it was born, my competition has foreseen in its regulation the clarification according to which one must be a woman from birth."  The trans men contestants, of course, were declared women at birth. Hah-ha!
