Mine would be every time I watch the kids because my ex wants to work or work out or do something other than spend time with the kids. I have never and won't tell my kids the real reason behind it because that will make them not feel loved by their mom.

It is so small, this, usually if there's a significant "do good" moment it's overt. However, I can think of one. There is/was a mental health home near where I live and, back before COVID, there was a gentle soul that would try to sell small cards with art he drew in front of a local bar/restaurant I would go to for lunch. He wasn't much appreciated around the business because he was unkempt and appeared to many as a beggar. He was just trying to get by. I did buy a card once, I usually don't have cash, but one time I was having lunch the manager asked the guy to leave as he wasn't a paying customer. So, I bought him a coffee, and after he'd had the coffee and left I paid the manager for two weeks worth of coffee so he could come in and relax on the house. I never knew if he used it or not, but that's probably the most "behind the scenes" good deed I've done.
