Mine would have to be one family that was taken when I was in the service. Me, my wife and oldest son. Taken before my life went to he!!.

Another great question, 

 

There are pictures of family, memorable views, and experiences. My last picture with my grandmother, the first picture of my wife and I, followed by the first picture of our children when they were born. My last dance with my mother at my nieces wedding, followed by a picture her before dementia erased me from her memory. Then there are pictures of me celebrating achievements or promotions. Could it be the first picture when AI accepted I could look feminine without selecting the gender tab. Is my most cherished photo yet to be taken? Could it be a picture of my grandchild holding their firstborn? 
 

For now I choose a 1973 prom picture of my wife and I, when we both dreamed of a future together.
