Vertigo, fast heart beat, sweaty hands and face, body shakes, feeling of passing out, seeing spots, flashbacks and I do my best to get out of the situation

perhaps a slightly weird one, but one of my main ones is that I laugh at stuff that simply isnt funny

sometimes it's serious stuff too and it gets me in to trouble

I get a lot of that.  I sweat and shake, and I just kind of freeze up.  I start getting into a tight space like a corner or even underneath something.  Trying to become small and invisible.

Anxiety/stress dreams, cold sores, and recently gout (I've had two flare ups over three years).

That is one thing I haven't dealt with cold sores and gout.

You aren't kidding it's not fun to deal with especially when you're the one in charge of something and it all relies on you.

Take the small wins! I have gotten cold sores since I was a baby. I am fairly confident my grandmother blessed me with them, she and I were the only ones to ever get them. In fact there is a picture of me as a baby getting a big smacker from my grandmother while she had a giant sore around her mouth, so photographic evidence?

Gout's new. So far the two events were during very stressful weeks and I'm pretty sure I was dehydrated and had a couple beers. The last one was only for a day and a half. The first one I was limping around for a few days at least.

Yikes! I'm sorry for what you go through!

Same for you. Vertigo sounds awful!

It has gotten to the point where my Meclazine (prescribed med for Vertigo) hasn't even done anything. I can get it by just getting up too quickly.

Thankfully, being put in charge of anything is pretty rare for me.... I help out, but I absolutely do not lead.

Since finishing up at work last year, my stress levels have definitely decreased, but there are still times when things have an impact on me.

It's probably pretty common, but I can get a bit snappy and irritable. I'm best left alone under those circumstances.
