What is your greatest worry?

I worry that gender-affirming care for minors will be banned, conversion therapy reinstated, and supportive parents and health-care professionals harassed by angry mobs, not just in red states of the US and in the UK, but here in Australia. I worry that kids I know will suffer because of ignorance and propaganda.

My biggest worry is that the culture war will become a physical one, happening in my backyard.  The USA can't continue this way, and my people can't tolerate being part of it much longer.  I feel like it is only a matter of time before my area is forced to declare independence.  If the USA is involved in a broader struggle for survival, it might even be allowed, but I see very few possibilities were such a move would be peaceful or successful.  We need a new republic and I want it really badly, but I fear losing the people I care about in the process.
