I hear you.  We are on the flip side of that pattern: the second year in a row of drought.  Last year, there were two bad wildfires that burned for weeks.  This year's rain (lack of) is following the same pattern.  Let's hope for no idiots and no dry lightning.   The garden here at the new house has been neglected for a few years.  There are no veggies, but the berry patch is a jungle.  I cut and mowed down some of the weeds, but there are a lot more to do before we can find all the berries.    We have been harvesting cherries.  We have 12 cherry trees, of several different types.  Two are sour cherries; the rest are sweet.  We don't have time to devote to harvesting, and we don't have a proper orchard ladder.  Plus we don't know what to do with a full harvest.  We don't even have a cherry pitter.  So we picked enough for snacks and a dessert or two, and are letting the birds have the rest.

Mom saw the signs I had  PTSD and I was glad she talked me into getting the help for it. It was very painful and mom saw I was not myself a lot including  avoidance at times. The nightmare from the infidelity too, she stayed at my place for the night hearing me go through it

Trans 101.88.88 is about what I am up to today.  It is a satisfying way to simply log up all that you have learned and would like to tell folks if you get the chance.  I like the idea of keeping one handy, the current bus is going to turn the corner one day and we need to be ready. 

OUCH! You might need some cleanser and steri-strips?    And, I am not going to go all judgmental on the self inflicted, I understand that sometimes that is a way to feel something different, or let something out or whatever, but, *please* be careful.    That sounds like an energy sapping kind of day, to be honest. I have literally never drunk an energy drink. But,I have to have a regular break from just caffeine just to make sure it doesn't hurt me (I get REALLY bad headaches if I get too used to it) 

idk man im just so numb and tired to the point where its driving me crazy. all ive been doing all day has just been smoking, listening to music, and drinking energy drinks. i only got out of bed ONCE today, just so my mom wouldnt call me lazy during her lunch break.   plus my legs are in hella pain because i skated to the store early this morning, and i fell down on 100 degree pavement and re-opened a self-inflicted wound (it was almost to the dermis, so it hurt really badly when it got re-opened)

Went great and seen a therapist I seen for an update on my PTSD. My PTSD was from my ex wife's infidelity she did to me. I am doing well keeping this under control 

I mean, there are worse things than "Okay I guess"   But it doesn't sound good. What's up?   Although, my daughter would be (don't worry, she won't know) super happy for spelling okay and not just writing OK - it's a thing she likes to complain at me for!

I mean, my power walk up the hill from the station to the school is DEFINITELY enough to replace the half a workout I did not do.    But yes.

If Transport for *freaking* Wales could actually run trains on time, it would have been less sweaty.    But since the next one was cancelled, I should just be glad I  got there at all.    I also baked cookies today. I invented cinnamon white chocolate macadamia cookies.

I am melting.    I actually eventually got to my daughter's prize day. She went to a friends house, so, she was NOT late. I was late.    I did not miss her category though. She won an award for ICT. An actual trophy and everything. 

Ohhh. That's too bad. I was looking forward to hearing a report about how it all went. I hope you still get the opportunity elsewhere.

No.  I had it all ready to go, too.  The guy who contacted me wasn't the official organizer of the event and apparently wasn't authorized to recruit a speaker.  He didn't follow through.   I guess they went through the proper channels and got someone else, a good trans friend of mine who does a lot of public speaking.  So I'm sure they got a good talk.  And if anyone ever contacts me again for something similar, my Powerpoint is all ready to go.
