      I bought Olaplex no.7 at the recommendation of a Youtube stylist who focuses on hair growth. It works well at keeping frizz controlled and is super light on my fine hair. It gets good reviews online, but it is in that $30 range.

      My world was so dark, I believed I would lose everyone and everything I loved, then I came out to my son. I had 2 pages of explanation to read, and on the second line he stopped me and said "It doesn't matter what you are about to say, I love you and will support you".    For the first time in months, there was a ray of light in my life. I knew then I wouldn't be completely alone, and there was hope. I learned that I was imagining my hopelessness, and that reality was completely different. Depression does that, it makes you concentrate on bad thoughts and shut out the good. Just talking to someone can open the door.   Hugs,   Allie

      Good Tuesday morning    things have been a bit on edge around here.  Nothing I do seems to suit my wife. Doesn’t matter if I ask her in advance or just try to do something on my own.  Went to bed annoyed again.    @MirandaB I’ve had the I’m not a lesbian rant before as well.  The tough part is that to me, I’m still me, just dressed a little different and with breasts and missing a couple of nonfunctional things.  Mine gave up on divorce when she realized neither of our kids would take her in and she couldn’t live on half our income.  I had already determined how I could live on half so the threat wasn’t as big a concern.  I didn’t want it but figured I could live my life.  We have remained together.

      Argan and Brazil nut oil are the main ingredients apparently.   I did some research before I bought this product and coconut oil was highly recommended, but $30 for a 4oz bottle of it was a bit excessive I thought. This one I bought was only $6.50 for the same size!    Oh, and thank you, @Vidanjali.

I have recovered to the point that I am now a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (work with those who have had substance abuse or mental health issues - being I've had them and can relate).
