Hey Caiwen, for me it is euphoria. Since i started transitioning i had so many moments of gender euphoria and finally felt happy. Dysphoria on the other hand is there and is the reason why i am looking towards FHT and who knows what :D

For a calmer day, focus on simple affirmations and mindful practices. Start by repeating phrases like "I am calm and centered" or "Peace is within me". Incorporate mindful breathing, like diaphramatic breathing, to ground yourself. Consider also, changing your focus by shifting your gaze or taking a short walk.

That sux.  I have similar feelings about the Democrats here.  But considering the other party…… Oh well.

So sorry to hear, but if things were not working out perhaps its for the best. I had to re build my life when my partner passed away from cancer. I joined groups where someone had lost a partner and then made new connections from that.

I can see where you are coming from on the bi side. I think and feel that a lot of men our age who crossdressed and was called a transvestite by others in the know. I used to buy a magazine called the Tartan Skirt that a lot of gals advertised on that they had a place to dress and are friendly and discreet. Most not all were either bi single men or gay single men who wrote the adverts. This was a risqué time for crossdresser’s as we never knew what we were letting themselves into. And yes a lot of gurls went along with the bi side and ended embracing that side. As it was against the law and there were people who just wanted to beat dressers up. But for me it is still where in the scale am I as I know how far along the sexual side I am

It is indeed a very personal choice of who you come out to. As a way to show that, my therapist suggested I make a list of who I wanted to come out to, and have a plan on how I would do it before I started. Being in IT, I made a spreadsheet. It ended up having over 300 names on it. It was tiring at times, but also addicting in some ways. By contrast, I had the chance to talk to the daughter of a friend of mine about our coming out. For her it was telling her parents, her mom's parents, and a couple of others, then she "just started living my life". Of course she's about 40 years younger than I, but it just shows that we each find out path. Best wishes on your coming out as you see fit. And on living your life authentically.

Only do it if you're comfortable!! It's 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 nerve-wracking, I get it, and you don't have to come out to anyone unless you want to. It's up to you and only you! No one else. I'm rooting for you! :]

For me, its the absence of clothes that improves my mood.  If I had a choice, I would wear only my ribbon choker collar and grass sandals.  Clothes are restrictive and overrated most of the time.  If I have to wear something, I prefer shorts and a t-shirt.  Uncomplicated and mostly gender-neutral.  I

Welcome back, @Sora-Solar.  Thanks for all the information, and best wishes on your journey of self-discovery!  It is never too early, or too late, to embark on such a journey, as I have found myself.   HUGS   Carolyn Marie
