Good morning All. Coffees on.

Good morning, starting on my 2nd cup of coffee, while watching the TV Show "Bones." Its a comfortable &2 degrees outside, with a slight breeze. The train sounded off somewhere near Pacific Highway , and a plane just flew by on the way to Lindbergh Field. The crows have left the area, probably looking for breakfast somewhere.

Afternoon all, Just got home from my quick trip to MI. We actually made it quick ourselves. With the heat we decided to come home. We went to the long way home. Went through the UP. down the green bay over to Appleton then through Lacross stopped in Lincoln again with our oldest. Left this morning just before 7 and arrived home a little after one.

Actually got correct gendered last Thursday. We left my sons in Lincoln early. (Before getting trapped by our grandson) After putting up with nightmare traffic in Chicago. We knew it was going to be late getting in to the wife's fathers. So we stopped at a Baymont Hotel in Portage, MI. It was still early enough to hit the pool. So we changed into our swim suits. Me in my one piece with matching shorts. and a t-shirt.

We got in the pool, there was a couple young girls 9-11. They where wanting to race. Ones mom said, You two stay on this side let these ladies have the other side. 😊 one of the girls corrected her. She apologized a few times saying with the hair(long) and looked like I had boobs. 😁 😁. I didn't say a thing, I winked at my wife. It felt good.

Didn't sleep at all last night, new meds (Argh).  At sunrise made coffee and had a small breakfast, read some news and laid down to give it a try.  I was able to catch a couple hours so I'm refreshed (like a daisy, Ha).  Off to run errands soon.

Good morning! About to start my second cup o coffee. It is a comfortable 70 degrees blue sky, for now. I’m in the east county, so the temperature will climb up to 93 degrees later in the day. But I will not be here when it reaches 93, I will be at my place where it will be around 84 later in the day. At that point I will probably head back here and crank the A/C, 😂

Im hanging out here a bit longer ,because I have an Amazon Fire Stick being shipped here, and it  is out for delivery. I had some tea and thongs arrive yesterday, one day delivery, I love that about amazon! I love the tea and thongs, but the peppermint tea is a bit pepperminty, so I think I will get the Spearmint tea next time. The thongs feel great, and I like the color assortment . Even tho I got a pack of 10, great price on amazon, I am already planning to buy more that I had been wanting to buy a while ago. I wanted to see how my thongs fit after everything settled down after my Orchie. I will be waiting for my cup size to increase before I buy a new bra, for now my nipples and buds are taking shape, but my breast size hasn’t increased  enough for me to buy a new bra yet. I’m ok with that since there’s is activity, and every little bit counts! 😊

Evening all. just got home from my first Sunday close in forever it seems. Had dinner and now playing on here.

I have noticed that I am loosing weight. Lately I have worn a bra daily. Just being the girl I am. On Fri I wore one that I picked up a few years ago. It has always been tight on my until I wore it Friday. It fit comfortable. I have noticed that some previously tight cloths fitting better. Yeah.

Good morning.  Working my first cup and eating my oatmeal and blueberries.  it's a bit cooler here today.  Yesterday we got an early start working with the goat herd.  It got pretty hot by the time when we were done.  Today i'm hoping to either take down a couple of dead ash trees for firewood and or get the next load of hay in the barn.  Living on this farm keeps this gal busy.  Now for another cup

Just had my breakfast, usual cereals (with added seeds and spices) and coffee. It is a bit fresher here now than it was at the weekend. It hasn't been the heat that has been the issue though. A bit of a plague of flies on Sunday. That's the problem of heat and humidity in a place so green as it is at the moment. I can usually keep pace with the house so fresh and clean that they are not attracted in but sometimes!!! As the sun is out I will go out and get some exercise.

Living on a farm with livestock we are not strangers to flies but screens and a well used flyswatter keeps the buzz at bay.  The occasional posker does bug us until my wife's service dog catches the bit of flying protein.

I'm off today to bring home a couple of does to replace some we are culling this weekend.  Next weekend is the Eid El Adha.  That is a Muslim holliday celebrating Abraham's sacrifice of Issac.  Some of our animals will be sacrificed on the farm.  It is a sad time in some ways.  We are vegetarians but others do eat meat and these animals are treated with respect and kindness throughout their lives which is unfortunately not common with most meat animals.

Need a second cuppa.

Good morning, afternoon and evening! On my second cup, and watching NYPD Blue. Used the weed wacker mowed and used the leaf blower early this morning before the plumber came over to look at one of the shower drains. Plus i was trying to beat the heat 🌞🔥. After the plumber I took the Mazda to Discount tire to have the air pressure checked, they do it for free, all low, ooops. Then I drove back and forth three times to a local car wash to make all the cars shiny. Then finally breakfast. The best part about breakfast, is that’s when I take my Lady Meds. It is a guava year to put me in a great mood no matter how busy I get or hot it might be outside.

Good Morning all!  On my second cup of coffee, but need to jump in the shower, to go visit my mom who was moved from the hospital to a rehab facility.  Last week, she had fallen, and couldn't get up.  The hospital stabilized her fluids and got her on stuff to deal with an infection.    She will probably only be in rehab for a few days, before they send her home, and her house is in terrible shape.

On Monday, I flew up to Massachusetts, to help out and get her house ready for her to go home, and hopefully get the process started for her moving into a retirement community.

Sorry for the rambling post, but a lot going on in my head right now.

Just now, lauraincolumbia said:

Sorry to hear about your mom, but good to hear she is progressing well. My mom had the same thing happen to her several years ago. And again several months ago. She does need to think about a retirement home as well. I hope all goes well with you and your mom.

Sorry to hear about your Mom Laura.  I was fortunate to be able to be with both my parents until they died.  They lived in the house i grew up in and we had built a house nearby on the farm. Even so helping Dad get from the hospital to home was difficult but at the same time the time was rewarding as i look back now.

Hopefully everything will go smoothly for you.

Debra I'm sorry to here this.  Since it is early the treatment shouldn't be too bad.  My partner had it.  A quick surgery, chemo for bit then a few radiation sessions. She's well.  I had cancer too.

With any luck you should be fine.  Please keep us informed.  We're here to help as we can.

It’s the handmaidens tale in real life. Be sure your bug out bags are packed and ready for the jump to Canada. Cause it could really happen with this guy in charge.

They can get behind him because many of them feel perfectly fine persecuting trans folks. I have run into this attitude exactly when I have been to locations that log cabin folks dominate. I’ve heard nothing short of murderous comments about transgender people. It’s absolutely chilling.

Im not sure. Back in those days I was not dressing. I was extremely anti trans and believed 100% that there was something wrong with me that needed to be fixed. This was in my early to mid+ 20s after 4 years of conversion therapy and regular physical abuse as a child. At that point it was working on me. I am sure that I didn’t want to transition at that time. At all. I think I was very clear about how I felt and about believing it was only ptsd related due to being molested by my father and his friends when I was very young. Although I was very honest about my cross dressing as well. Back then I was literally a hot mess incapable of looking at this part of myself in any sort of reasonable way. Thanks mom. 😡 god I hate my family. Sorry off topic.

" The Trump administration’s continued assaults on LGBTQ rights are nothing short of breathtaking. And yet, Trump’s supporters who don’t want to acknowledge this aspect of the administration find ways to bury this part of his record in the chaos."   That says a lot to me.  How can those "log cabin" folks be behind him.   It hurts!   Hugs,   Charlize

Welcome Kriss.    There is no reason to decide about transition.  Many here live part time  or dress occasionally if at all.  We have different paths which may change at times. M<y time here with others helped me find my path.  Therapy was a good part of that journey as well.   Hope you find the same support.    Kirsten could those 4 therapists have interpreted what you said and how you were presenting yourself as wanting to transition despite your not seeing it or wanting it. I know it took me time to even think i might consider transition despite spending as much times i could without being out as myself.   Hugs,   Charlize

Greetings!  I finally find myself at a point in my life where I can try to settle some of the gender issues that have caused so many issues over the years. I'm biologically male, but don't always feel that way. It seems language has finally caught up with what I've always felt.  Genderfluid is the best descriptor I've been able to find for me. I have days where I feel very male. Other days very female and feminine.  It has not proven to be predictable,  which is currently my greatest source of anxiety.  I've had days where I feel great. Perfectly at home in my skin. Other days when I look in the mirror I don't recognize the face staring back. All I want to do on these days is crossdress and be as female as possible. Sometimes this switch happens mid day. Which is the worst.  I've started shaving, as body hair is a major source of discomfort on what I'll call "fem" days.  I've been playing with cloths to try and ease the feelings of being "off" on these days. I can dress around my house, which is great. But doesn't help when I'm at work and can't change or I'm stuck wearing my male cloths.  I don't have a desire to transition. I just need some guidance on the best ways to handle the back and forth.  Also, if someone knows of a better description than genderfluid,  I'm all ears.

I just do non gender specific workouts. I use Beachbody on demand. And my waist has feminized a lot. Hips are a no go but my butt has grown as well. Thinking that’s mostly gene related tho. It probably all is honestly. I don’t ever get misgendered anymore, so I must look pretty feminine. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Here’s a pic.  But it’s a great idea to have a health and fitness plan. Being healthy is just so important in general. Especially when you’re on hrt.
    • Josie Beth
Here’s some of them            These took me a while to find. It’s just a matter of scrolling through thousands of results and ignoring the fluff videos. I’m seeing some results but admittedly need to focus on the glute muscles that wrap around the hips the most and do more twists. Getting a broomstick on the weekend for sure.

Hi all, I've been considering and looking for a good exercise routine. I used to do weights to build muscle but now I'm looking for a routine more fitting. I've never heard of trans women exercise routines before. That would be something I would be interested in. Can someone share any pointers or links rules permitting?    Big thanks

Those new pronouns have grown to quite a list and are a little more creative than my mind takes in quickly these days.  Another one I had to get used to was the term "Nibling" for a young child of a sibling being raised by a grandmother who was the mother of an Enby person I know.  There are a couple of Nordic languages that have even more relationships in single words.  One of my Danish friends (a Dansker) can talk about their uncles and relate the uncle to their parent with different pronouns. ( MorBror vs FarBror is the closest I can come)

Caution -- Any tape is going to result in hair removal the first time in a very unpleasant way, and is a nuisance when you have to go to the rest room also in an uncomfortable way as well.
