Also, I FINALLY figured out how to get my birth certificate ammended. California is great about this sort of thing compared to Mississippi. I am in the process of filling out the necessary paperwork and getting it notarized. Soon I'll be able to mail it off and hopefully get a new birth certificate in return. Then I will finally be able to change my gender marker and name on my driver's license. Very exciting!
