Not to be biased but if that ‘one’ co-worker is not wearing makeup themselves, I’d pass unless they have an additional part time job at Sephora...lol

 

I agree with the others, they know and likely want you to open up to them. You may have an ally or at least a free makeover. ?

How well do you know your co workers?

 

Could there be an underling motive to seeing you in your makeup. IE. taking a picture and passing it around your place of work in a light hearted but at the same time derogatory for you way?

You think they know? Then i suppose for good or bad you will make it more than think they know. Do you even want them to know?

So I decided to show my co worker a picture I had someone take of me on my phone of me in a white skirt, pink polo shirt, booties, and fucaca lipstick. She was overjoyed. She told me I look better as a she then a he.

I say good for you, if they know they know. You can't hide forever, and honestly would you want to? I havent had anyone question if I am or not. I work remotely so rarely see my cohorts. But if someone does ask, I will tell them.
