I Am Getting My Letter

Today was my first visit with my therapist in six months.

Her first words were,"You look pretty!"As she complimented on my

hair style and color and the way I presented.(Very feminine.)

When we started,she asked why I wanted my letter since sugery wasn't

in my near future.I told her I have met all the criteria of the S.O.C. and

when my time does come,will be one less thing to worry about.She totally

agreed with me,and is going to mail my letter directly to me for my approval.

That makes me one very happy lady right at this moment.(smile)

I also have my letter put away in a safe place...I won't use it soon, but I DO have it and it's comforting just to know that it's there!

I'm sure that's how you'll feel, too...

the way things are going right now if I was eligible I would get the letter but with the full knowlege that I would likely never use it. At 8/hr it will take several lifetimes to save up the money to get the surgery

Congrats Angie, even if you are not going to use the letter for awhile it must feel good you finally jumped thru that last hoop, i still have a bunch to get thru and like you don't plan on tripping going thru any of them.
