Need Help And Tips

Kinda feel silly asking but I have had a problem staying tucked lately. I can not use tape because i break out from the adhesive. I have tried wereing panties that are one size smaller but I am still having issues coming untucked. Like I said this is a new problem because i have used tape in the past but had to stop since I started breaking out. PLEASE help.

When I was young I always used inexpensive lightweight panty girdles. They were not hard to find, had enough leg to work even if things moved about some, and the split crotch came in mighty handy. I had about 10, naturally changed fresh every day. Buy Woolite by the case tho.

Try the two panty method I used.

That means a tight cotton pair for comfort, snugness and security.

Then a nylon pair over them to keep everything up and back where

it is supposed to stay and will.The cotton keeps it dry and tightly tucked.

And since cotton stretches quickly,the nylon to keep everything in place.

You may go through some undies,but you wont have to worry about slippage.

I know this works,for I did it for four years before HRT,and a half year on HRT

as the anti-androgens did their job,and can now wear one pair with confidence.

Give it a try,what have you got to lose,but the headache of falling out.

Which is always embarrassing and uncomfortable and we are keenly aware of.

Have you tried body shaping undergarments?

That is what I use and they work very well.

They are a bit costly and I would sugest getting 2 or more, but they do work.

HRT solved it for me, mostly - not much to tuck anymore - but when wearing spandex pants, or skinny jeans I will use a gaff - they are not very comfortable though. Try control panties. Also when your panty hose run - cut the legs off and use the panty.

Just some short cuts.
