I've been having a hard time finding victorian style men's clothing at decent prices. Do you have any suggestions?

The internet (E-Bay)

If there are any shops that provide costumes to the movie industry or theater, they

would likely have what you need.

Or you could travel back in time and find a shop on Fleet Street in London.

They would be cheapest, but they probably won't accept your credit card.

In addition to what's already been suggested, you could alternately purchase fabrics and sew the clothes yourself. It takes a bit of time and effort and practice, but in the end you can get exactly what you want in exactly your size. And for something like Victorian style clothing, I daresay this would be cheaper as well.

Absolutely. I've found clothing in similar styles online, particularly tops that I like, but the prices are ridiculous and they're generally made from cheap fabrics and wouldn't hold up much past a few dozen washings. I'd like to take up sewing myself, at some point, and just steal the ideas from the online places (That's not bad if I'm not selling anything, right? Just for me? *Bambi eyes*).

Well... I know someone that custom makes costumes for way cheap. But there are here in Arizona. If you want me to give you the name still just send me a PM. They did my whole pirate costume pretty cheap as opposed to buying everything alone. Plus everything fits very well. They usually do Renaissance/Medieval type costumes but I have seen some Victorian stuff too.
