When i was younger around the age of five i can remember i had always slept in either four ways... sleeping on my side, either side. when on my right side my right leg straight and my left leg lightly bent with my foot crossing at my knee or to my foot. and my right arm crouched inward to my chest while my left arm cradles the right it sometimes seem. viceversa on the other side.. too.

another way is i always roll the blankets near my legs over my legs in a way that i create a small pocket of blanket between my legs from knee's down.

if i have an extra pillow i substitutes for the second.

and the fourth is even odder my legs are close to the position as the first way except the leg thats ontop streaches almost straight out so my under leg (in a way) could read 6 o'clock and the top leg would read 9 o'clock.. and my waist would turn completely around so my upper body is faced straight up while my lower body is fced either on its side or faced down.. and my arms would read either 4 o'clock or 10 o'clock...

im wondering if this sleeping way especialy the last one shows that im extremely limber or if i have a problem... if anyone experiances either of these and if they know its psycological i would like to know... i'd hate thinking im some kind of freak just cause of my sleeping habit ^.^;;

btw i still use all four of those ways.. but now im able to sleep without problem in those hard school chairs, reguler chairs, leaning against a wall, and so forth while imitating studying of sorts so the teacher or random people could not tell i was asleep.. this happed in high school and im still able to during college class's when i realy need the sleep

I have terrible insomnia,

So any sleep is good sleep. But I used to be a back and side sleeper.

Now I am a side sleeper only.Sleep with a body pillow tucked between

my legs,as I hug the rest of pillow.But I still keep one foot out of the covers,

that is my thermostat.Why,who knows,I always have.

I roll around for three hours trying to fall asleep. I either fall asleep or don't sleep at all. I've never found one or a few ways that I often sleep. If I think about how I sleep it just makes falling asleep harder for me. lol

I stare at a television until my eyes hurt and I pass out. Sleep position depends on where the television is. lol.
