Different Types Of Mtf Srs

Hello,

some days ago I saw a documentation about Ladyboys in Thailand. One girl was shown on her way to SRS. The doctor explane a bit of his technic and it was different to the technic I know. So I google a bit and found his webside with some explanation.

http://www.supornclinic.com/restricted/SRS...torolabiaplasty

The regular way I know is penil skin invertion. The skin is turned inside out and is used for the vagina. In his case, he will use the penil skin to form the small labias. The scrotum is used for the vagina. On his side it is also possible to see some results. Up to know what I saw in the web, the result for the labias are great. What I do not like is the vagina part. It sometimes look like an inverted scrotum.

He also said that after more than 2000 SRS he had done, that the technic is proved and the result is as close as possible to a real bio vagina. But this is also said about the penil invertion. Also he said only one surgery is needed.

Does anybody know more about this technic?

Greetings

Nelly

I've heard nothing but good reports about Suporn, not least because of the sensitivity and depth he achieves, as well as the visual results. Could you explain about the vagina looking like a scrotum? I can't figure out how you mean?

His technique produces a sensate labia minora as well as sensate clitoris and he doesn't waste any sensitive donor tissue. Other note worthy things are that pre-surgery genital electrolysis is not required because he removes the hair follicles in theater. I did find another reputable Thai surgeon who used a scrotal technique that was very similar to Suporn's but the other chap used a two stage procedure which I'd rather avoid if I can get the same results in one procedure. I can't remember his name offhand. I think the general consensus is that a purely penile inversion technique is considered outdated now.

FWIW, Suporn is currently top of my list of SRS surgeons. If I had to select today where I'll be going in a couple of years time it'll be to him.

There's quite a few recommendations for him on the web, here's one girl's experience of visiting Suporn.

I will try to explain.

If you compare a natural vagina with a build up after this technic, the main difference is seen at the perineum area. A bio woman has a soft fold free area. In some cases the scrotum seems to big and that will cause folds if the skin of the scrotum enters the vaginal opening. You can compare it with a sleeve of a pullover that is turned inside out by 50% and you are holding the end close with your hand. Than you have to much fabric at one spot.

I know a picture in the web that shows it very good, but as we know, now pictures of this area here are allowed.

The only information that I have about his technique that is at all negative is that in order to achieve the depth that he does the skin grafts are very thin and sometimes tear in the early days of dilation.

However, he is considered to be one of the leaders in the field.

I know that he is one of the ones that I was considering if I cannot afford to do it a little closer to home - I have never fit too well on airplanes and the thought of making that flight back from Thailand after such extensive surgery is not pleasant - I didn't enjoy it much the last time and I was just on a vacation.

Love ya,

Sally

Dr Suporn gets great depth with his technique, but it comes at a cost: Recovery from his technique is about twice as long and more difficult than other surgeons. I'm not putting him down, I just want you to be aware of the facts.

Sup singly, a superintendent prevented a student within the transgender community from changing current name, to the new name in which the student identifies with, I don't know how far back this story goes, but if you Google it under Oklahoma along with "student name change" the article should pop up. I'm not transgender, but I can relate to the process of legally getting a name change done, it's a lot of paperwork from court, a lot of traveling, and expenses depending on the laws from each state.

No one seemed to pay attention to me other than a young woman who complimented me on my skirt and an older gentleman who smiled at me as we passed each other.

Wow, I guess it’s the dat to be in trouble.  I’ve been hit twice by the ASM today and it’s my day off.  Why didn’t you, followed latter with a where is the.  Made me realize that I do t want to continue working long enough to pay for it. I guess I’ll just to have to stick with my 20 year old car for now.   I suppose sooner or later only one of us won’t be able to drive anymore.  Since I am older you might think it would be me but at this time i am the one that does all the driving except when she goes to church or the store when I’m at work.  She hasn’t driven anywhere since February and hasn’t driven more than 10 miles in perhaps a year.  Yet the “good” car was purchased for her not for me because she couldn’t drive the Jeep which we bought strictly for her because she wanted it.  But it turned out I was the one that really liked it.  Can’t win.

I have been told that I "pass" better than I realize. I hope that is true.

Good morning :)   I have coffee today, but the cup keeps leaking (I guess the cap isn't able to fully seal or something), so I keep having to wipe up the sides lol   Almost finished all my missing work for school, which means if I do a bit more work, I should be out of trouble with my parents (not even that bad of trouble compared to when I was younger, more just an annoyance haha)

Sending good thoughts for you, Raine.

Good morning 😘   Finished packing up my kitchen and pantry for fumigation today. I also modified my backpack to make it day-centre compliant.  I was able to get almost 2 hrs sleep last night, so I'll survive. 😑

I'll be going to some Pride events as a spectator.  Maybe marching in a parade if they have open participation.    The event we'd prefer to go to is held in a small town with a population of less than 600.  They have a parade through all three blocks of their downtown area.  Unfortunately, this year it is on the same day as a memorial service for a friend who passed away this winter, so we'll have to miss it.  So our second choice is a larger town, population about 9000, a bit farther away.    And we are keeping our eyes open for other events in the general area as they are announced.   I dress a bit flashier than normal, with some trans bling, such as rainbow or trans flag earrings, a trans symbol pendant, and a handheld trans flag to wave.  Political sentiment is turning against us, but public sentiment here is still strongly on our side, so getting out and showing the flag, both literally and figuratively, is important.
