Hello Ladies

This is my very first post!

I am a brand new trans.. just took the leap 3 weeks ago and finally dressing up in womens clothes, make up and I got the most amazing wig ever!! Now I need boobs now.. I want boobs!! I've been using socks in a bra :(

What are the best options out there? I'd like to have boobs with/without a bra.. I want to be passable in/out of the bed!

I tried googling but didnt have any luck.. Where do I buy boobs? What is the proper name I should be googling? I found a website for strap on boobs but its like in europe or something.

I would love to be able to go to a store and try on stuff, but if I need to order online Id like it to be from North America at least?

(And yes I know I need to shave my chest.. my wife is still coping so Im taking it slow)

Thanks!!

Hello Regina Babe,

Welcome to Laura's Playground. The correct term would be "breast forms". Try googling that.

Hello, Regina....

Welcome to the Playground!

A quick note...you might also try stores that sell bras as many of them sell enhancers...

Now, Let me get you some hot coco and a plate of Sally's cookies...

You can sit in this big chair while she's not here!

We're a moderated site and that keeps it safe for all. We read every post before it goes up.

And, please take a minute to read the forum rules, if you haven't already...there's a link at the top of most pages...OK?....Thanks!

So, kick off your shoes and relax...

It's so nice to have you here!

HUGGS!

Ohhhh, you're lucky! Vancouver! Part of the cost of the SRS is covered by the provincial health care!!!

I've been trying to convince my wife we should move there, cuz of that. I might get her to cave yet!

Find the seller "dreamform" on ebay, they have great breast forms for cheap. After that you just need to find body adhesive so that you can attach them to your chest

I have gotten several pairs from TrueKare, and they were all wonderful. Had very large (ah, the early naive days), to "medium sized", and now just enhancers (Huzzah for nature!). Some have a sticky back to them, but its not enough to hold them in place on their own. I'd suggest going to a costume shop and asking for prosthetic adhesive and remover if you are looking to attach them, however you may develop a rash after a while from the chemicals.

Old fashion answer here maybe:

Grow your own! If you discover you are truly gender dysphoric and take the option to transition, breast forms are no longer important.

If you want to 'enhance' then there are two types - breast forms made for 'cross-dressers' and early transgirls - expensive - and hot to wear. Believe it or not search Ebay. They are also available on Amazon (the world has changed, people). The second type are what natal women use and some of us T-girls, and these are 'inserts" which go in your bra. There are foam, cotton and silicone types. These can be bought in a large department store. It is best to find a clerk, explain you are in transition, and have her help you find what you want. Now there is a test of your commitment!

I don't like 'glue-ons! Too hot and they don't feel natural (I know). SO wearing 'enhancers w/o tape or adhesives or any of that, seems best. BUT when first stasrting out - everyone is desparate for breasts.

DONT go illegal with hormones.

And avoid looking unnatural - look at women in the world and see how they dress and live with their breasts. It's a true feminine cue and it MUST be handled with respect.

Just some opinions

No, they are the only provider of services I need an my area. 😑

My size. A lot of guys aren't 5'3" at seventeen. My hands. It's a less noticeable one, but my hands are very "feminine"? If you know what I mean. My voice. Very high-pitched. I don't just sound like a female, I sound like a little girl sometimes My chest. I've had to stop binding due to frequent aches doing so, and it's not nearly small enough to just cover with baggy clothes My family. They still call me she/her, so that's an automatic out. My anxiety. I might be able to pass better if I had the courage to correct people. Instead, I'm too scared to speak up, so I find it hard. My lack of men's clothes.   Anyone else have these problems, or other ones?

From what I have read and heard most people are so.busy with their everyday lives and either looking at their phones or in a hurry to notice you out and about.

This exactly ^^^   I actually really liked games where I was required to play a male character. It felt homey, in a way.

I can relate.  I have always played a female character when given the opportunity. Not really and reason except I just alway pick them since I was young

Yes, our little town is having its 3rd annual Pridefest. I've volunteered the first two years  from setup to tear down (though I do take an hour off to eat and drink in the middle).     Then I attend a bigger one a couple towns over that has had some decent entertainment from some semi-famous folks (Laura Benanti, Patrick Wilson, Carmen Carrera, Judy Gold, etc).    This year I made sure to ask off of (weekend) shifts to attend a 3rd one where a group I'm in is in the parade.

Hi Vicky, I agree with you, so far since the time I've been under the new treating doctor's care, she prescribed me medication, but it's for children lol  luckily  my pharmacy warned me from a phone call not to take the medication.

Welcome to the party, M.A.     Sounds chaotic haha, I can confidently say that living with only two children the same age is stressful enough, much less three!

Things hit the fan today. I was reminded that "this is not a gender fluid establishment."   I had changed my preferred name and gender at the hospital on their app. My x-ray report came in with my preferred name and gender. It was not appreciated by the centre. 😬
