I am almost always depressed and I find that I have a few songs that nomatter what, if I listen to them, my mood improves.

He he he. You know, this is a common reaction to my musical tastes. I can listen to almost anything, just not a fan of the blues, or Gansta rap. If I wanted to be called all sorts of names, I'd go back home and tell my family about what I really want in life

No worries Viv. I know that polka is an acquired taste. Heck, my co workers hate it when I've been in a work van because they never know what mucis will be on. I listen to a timeless oldies channel, stuff like Neil Diamond and John Denver. Heck, I have Liberace on my Ipod, right next to the Led Zepplin

OK, we have a large German and Polish population here in Texas, I have played more than my share of polkas in my life time - they are killers on trumpet players non stop.

We once did a half-time show at college based on Deep Purple and the arranger tacked Deep Purple to the fight song and Alma Mater - so guess who made it into a Polka - You got it Sweet Sally the trouble maker.

So knowing that here is a polka for you - my style!
