I Want Better, More Femenine Legs...

I seem to have quite different tastes from a lot of people when it comes to my dream legs. At the moment, I have quite the perfect body I visualize a good body to be, with the exception of a bit of the shoulders and a hint of my legs. I needed some advice in the exercise area to make my legs even, and petite looking, every time I ask somewhere for help in making legs look more feminine, I can tell everyone thinks of classy, sexy legs like from some celebrity on the red carpet. Anyways, I will post below the best examples I can find at this moment of what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure there are a few people out there with similar tastes as I do and will appreciate some information on this. Anyways; thank you for reading this and I hope we get some information on what to do as far as exercises go.

Hmm...I won't be much of a help sorry...Maybe...

Look up leg excercises and do them every day til you get close to the desired shape you want?

Everyones legs are different, but I'm sure you could probably achieve something like the second picture..which may I add...is TOTALLY adorable. Gah 8'D she's so cute! .....Soryy for getting off topic...but do you happen to know her name??

Light cardio mixed with aerobics and a somewhat restricted diet should do the trick. Just remember, weight loss is symmetrical and doesn't always occur where you want it to be, so the cardio part is rather necessary to help tone the thigh area.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I truly appreciate it. Is it possible we could get more specific on what kinds of cardio/aerobics I should be doing and how much of it? I'm so bad when it comes to what do to in exercises, good thing I have good metabolism :P

Just go jogging thirty or so minutes a day; that should be enough if you're also eating a more restricted diet.

What would a restricted diet consist of? Sorry for all these questions. Also, thanks again.

I normally eat twice a day, lunch and dinner. Dinner almost always consists of rice, and some other wholesome side dishes (my family is asian) and lunch is at random. Can be fast food (maybe once or twice a week) to burritos, to asian food, etc. And occasionally a midnight snack around 10PM of a small portion of whatever I can get my hands on.

Hmmm, well in the first picture the model is wearing heels, which can do wonders for your legs appearance, and not just while you're wearing them. The second photo, I'm sorry, but I can't tell a thing about that person's legs from that photo. I seem to remember reading somewhere that (back in the day?) some girls avoided gymnastics and fencing --Fencing?-- because they thickened the ankles. How about swimming? Swimming is excellent for muscle tone and does not create bulky muscles. I swam competitively for years and always stayed slender, but I stayed out of the weight room too.

I don't know if you can really slim down your legs that much. Adding tone would probably make your legs a little larger or keep them the same size. I don't see how they would get smaller, except for muscle loss. So stop working out essentially.

walking.. plenty of walking.. and stop eating fried food.. no carbs after 3pm .. that does the trick. I'm back to a uk 10 .. at 44 .. check my xmas pics if you don't believe me.. and I get complimented by gg's on my lovely legs ;)

To be specific, I want to rid of the fat on the portion of my legs above the knees and to the buttocks area, though I have no idea what that's called. Otherwise I think I'm pretty satisfied with my legs. Also, great pictures. Congratulations.

Genetics plays a large role in things too. For instance, if you are white with a Nordic background, forget trying to get legs as skinny as that Asian girl. It depends on your skeletal structure and your body's choice of fat distribution as well. I'm severely under-weight (because of a medical condition) and I still don't even have legs as skinny as her.

      Welcome to Lefty Land.... a festive theme park full of sparkles and unicorns, a perfect place except for one evil orange dragon wearing a blond wig.    I'm always amazed at the "flexibility" of definitions.  One person's f@scist seems like a centrist to others.  One person's "moderate" looks to others like the 2nd coming of Fidel Castro.  A normal marriage a century or two ago is now a criminal offense, and relationships that used to be a criminal offense are now open, normal marriages.  Pedophiles now want to be called "minor attracted persons" and teenagers are now defined as children.  A Republican in NY or CA would be a Democrat just about anywhere else.  I'm certainly no advocate for relativism, these are just observations.    What I find interesting about this Australian candidate is the attitude that he shouldn't be allowed to run for office.  Why?  Just because his views are different, or even offensive?  Who makes that determination?  Can an election really be open and fair if it is barred to candidates who are not "politically correct?"  Here in the USA, we can openly have candidates who are f@scist or any other thing they want to be, no real restrictions aside from eligibility requirements related to age, location, citizenship, and criminal record.

      @Birdie You certainly have more patience than I do.  I don't take it well if I get scolded.  Either I sulk or I get nippish.    We had a good Mother's Day here yesterday.  Quite an event, since 4 of my partners are mothers.  GF enjoys it a lot, because she's very (excessively?) proud of having produced her 5 kids.  Her eldest starts school this fall.  Amazing how time flies...

      Firstly, it's nice to hear that your other half is now open to you living as you are!   Secondly, things I have noticed, having started shots just before the New Year: Tears do come much more easily I am far more tender with my wife and I like to snuggle more I have noticed anxiety has an increased effect on me I am on a weekly injection, so when I get near my next shot I have noticed feeling a little emotionally "blah" After shots I am much more energetic and bubbly Otherwise, I wouldn't say I've been on any kind of roller coaster of emotion and I'm far from unstable. So take heart and congratulations!
