I posted this in my diary for April 1st. hence the reason for that ending.

The Flower

The flower's a beauty, beyond compare

I just can't help it, I have to stare

I love to look, so lovely they are

Up real close, or from afar

Natures eye candy, so lovely indeed

To think that it started, from just a small seed

So many colors, red blue and green

Sometimes I wonder, what do they all mean

I look at them, they fill my eye

I love them so much, that I must just buy

Such an urge, such a need

If I do not, my heart it will bleed

Such a great smell, from something so small

O-how I love, to smell them all

A gift of The Goddess, of that I am sure

They truly are, quite clean and pure

I love the flower, oh yes I do

Take a good look, and you'll love them to

Look at them closely, I'm sure you will drool

And be like me, a big april fool

I love to look at flowers myself. They just don't love me as they always kick of a sneezing fit. I like the poem though.
