Posterior Hair

Firstly I am sorry if there is already a post on this, I did look but to my suprise I couldnt find it.

I know i dont post here often (or at all really) but i have a few questions regarding hair removal from the posterior, err deep posterior  .

It needs to be done discretly, so no profesional options. So here go's.

Can it be shaved? I heard the hair will grow back ingrown and its uncomfortable, and not very long lasting.

Waxing? Will a home waxing kit work there, like veet bikini strips or somthing like that. I know it will be painfull, but i'm a big girl and i think i would be able to handle it.

Or will a cream work better? Once again i heard you have to be very carefull using them down there, but is there any major risks?

Any other options available?

All your help will be greatly apreciated, and if there is a thread about this, just point me to it and i appologise for this one. :D

I am afraid that I know nothing about this one at all and I haven't seen another topic about it either so let's just wait for others to see, maybe someone can offer some advice.

Love ya,

Sally

Wow, how embarrassing...but I guess someone has to answer, and it might as well be me. I have never waxed "down there", but I do regularly shave, and as with any place you shave, when you start, yes you will get ingrown hairs, bumps, and pain. However, it will eventually stop for the most part, and be just like shaving anywhere else. It doesn't last long, no, but if you make it part of your regular routine, it's no problem.

I've also used the depilatory creams. That requires a lot of care, because if you get any in the wrong spot, it WILL hurt...a LOT. But, if you can handle the pain, it doesn't do any actual damage, assuming you get all of it washed off within the time limit printed on the box/tube. After the initial pain, it feels pretty much like a sunburn for a day or two, nothing too serious. That being said, with practice that won't be an issue either, but I have to say that I don't find the depilatories to last any longer than shaving, or not enough longer to make it worth the cost and risks, so I stick with the razor.

No matter which you choose though, I would strongly recommend washing the area after every potty trip, that would be a rotten place for an infection

I haven't actually looked into it myself yet, but I can't believe there's nobody that will do permanent hair removal there. Surely there must have been one or two transladies with furry bottoms, so there must be something out there for us.

Hi Hun,

Oh the things we women go through. I saw a documentary (Brit) on tv

a few years back , it was re us and centered around mostly one trans woman

getting her Electro done. She had the hair removed from her scrotum and in

conversation with the tech the tech remarked she had removed the hair you

are enquiring about. I am sure it was on C4. I imagine a few discrete phone

calls will put you on the right road , best of luck, viv :)

I was really lucky when I gave up smoking. I just decided one morning that I just didn't want to smoke anymore. That was back in 1996. The silly thing was, I still had a couple of packets left I and used them up! After that I only 'borrowed' less than a handful in the months after that and I haven't missed them since.

Our Maltese daughter-in-law makes a very mean Bolognese sauce, which we combine with spiral pasta. We pulled some leftovers out of the freezer for tonight's meal.   Tomorrow night will be chicken Kiev, with potato segments baked in the same dish, accompanied with boiled peas and broccolini.

I suspect some of these people are not primarily LGBTQ+ but primarily get their kicks by publicly shocking other people.  They take advantage of the parade and think they can get away with it year after year, and sometimes do.  Not just the parade, but sometimes other events that provide cover for them to act this way. They do a great deal of damage to perceptions by the public and by the legislators against us.

I used to smoke many years ago.  Now it makes me sick on my stomach which I consider a plus.

I use a electric kettle and a French press.   I am not a fan of Starbucks.  I sometimes go to a local coffeeshop, but am satisfied with your basic coffee and a scone.

Many "red" or "blue" states are not monolithic.  NC splits something like 49-51.  Actually, about 1/3 Rep, 1/3 Dem, and 1/3 nonaffiliated.     Since the legislature makes the districts, they favor the Rep to a 1 vote super majority.  Our Governor is Dem, and Dems can win statewide elections.   Of course you'd never know that with what is coming out of the statehouse lately. My point is that the "shifting" is not really shifting, it only reflects the actual population of the state.   When I was growing up I used to hear it said that "changing her mind was a woman's prerogative."  I embrace that.  I am fine with changing my mind when I want to.  Things change, sometimes we need to change as well.  I don't consider that as "unstable" - just not dead yet.

Good morning everyone,   I’ve been working on a few projects and my internet screen time has been very low. Today is Primary Election Day for Indian voters. I will be voting later, but the most important thing I’m looking forward to is the reduction of political advertising. Let’s get back to regular daytime advertising which reminds me of the need for hearing aids, Medicare choices, and comfortable catheters. Heaven forbid I would need an accident injury lawyer to get me the big check. Only daytime TV can take a 30 minute show from the 1980s and make it into an hour long series. I really don’t watch that much TV because I prefer to listen to music while I’m in the shop or doing yard work.    The coffee is good, the morning songbirds are loud as they forage for their hatches.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋
