Hello, My name is Alex, i'm really happy to meet you all =)

I was looking for some stuff and i just found this site, i looked a bit around , and it seems very cool.

I'm FTM , i Still can't do anything to my body, my mother thinks i got mental problems, she won't listen to anything i say, everyday is agony at Home and School.

When i have to go to school , i make sure i don't drink anything and try to eat as less possible : I try to avoid Girls W.C ... I Feel like a Stranger there, i feel bad and uncomfortable, same for the Changing Rooms Or For Gym.

Today i had The Medical revision in my school, first : i stayed With The Guys, but my teacher told me to go away, so i go to my grade Conselor, he called the Infirmary. I was obliged to go, it was the law... I was So mad, i really wanted to punch someone at the face, i tried to calm down... They told me i would be alone, When i enter the room.. Girls where still in changing room.. I was Like... HUH! Oh my goodness !! Ten the girls screaming at me "Lola Lolaaaaa" (Why do they call me like that? it's really annoying, but they still don't understand WHY i's so annoying)

I Did What They Told Me to do In The medical Revision, it was so stupid... They had to look my feet and that stuff, one of the doctors saw my written leg, he loked at it, tried to read it, then... he seems like he was disgusted, what was Written ? :

"I'm Alex , Not Lola, I'm a Boy, Not a girl" and i wrote "NO TIME TO CRY" too.

This was my experience of today, everyday i see my breats, i want to smash them, my life is a living hell, With everyday One or more than one very uncomfrotable and annoying Situation. <_<

But Well, i hope here some people will understand and listen to me :D

Thank You For Reading this.. I maybe wrote too muhc ofr the first time

Hello Alex,

You did not write too much and you have found a site where we do understand, care and offer our support.

Won't you come inside and have a chair by the fire?

I have some pizza and a cold drink if you would like some.

We are a moderated site so please do read the rules, I don't think there will be a problem but we can be sure if we all read the rules - there are links at the top of almost every page.

So now just wait around for the others to come by and say hello, then post, ask questions and tell us more about yourself and your experiences.

Welcome to the family.

Love ya,

Sally

Welcome to the Playground, Alex.

I see that you've met my wonderful sisters. While they haven't shown up yet, take my word for it that we have some

fantastic guys here too. They're probably out hunting game or playing football or something. :P

I hope that you've noticed we have a teen forum as well as an FtM Forum, so be sure and check those out. We also

have a great Chat Room too. Its too fast for my old fingers, but you'll enjoy it I'm sure.

Have fun. I look forward to reading your posts.

Welcome to Laura's Playground Alex! ^.^ Sally's right, we are like a family here. This is a very close knit community and people take care of each other. Say, are you me from three years ago? xD Nah, can't be, you're in Belgium and you're a year too old to be me from two years ago. Totally feel you on the bathrooms, and I certainly know how it is to be thought crazy because of my being transgender. Don't worry, things get much easier. Especially since you live in a relatively tolerant country though you still will get rudeness. People will accuse you of a lot of stupid stuff like being a lesbian in denial, wanting to pervert children, going through a stage, being crazy, hating women and all sorts of other absurdities. Later on though most of the people who love you will accept you. It takes time though. Hang in there man, things will work out. You know, this is just a tad bit eerie. Seriously man, you even look a lotlike I did when I was 13, except my hair had orange streaks and you look identical to me at 14. Maybe you're my long lost Belgian brother.

Ps.

Having looked at your profile I can say with certainty you are my long lost Belgian brother. We have too much in common for this to be a coincidence.

Now that is what I call service!  Congratulations on your HRT and on having such good patient care.

I agree with you, and I consider myself lucky to have a realistic understanding that I’m never going to have my dream body. I take comfort in the fact that women come in all shapes and sizes. I compare myself to the women in my family at the age I am now, and see that resemblance. It may be easier to transition into an Auntie or Grandmotherly figure once you reach a certain age.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

I’m happy that I’m moving closer to @Betty K although I don’t have a problem getting my point across when defending our LGBTQIA community.

Once I start mowing the lawn I’ll be listening to Outlaw Country on SIRUS XM on my noise canceling headphones. I often wonder if drowning out the motor noise and replacing it with your favorite tunes is really protecting your ears? Rock on with new song writers that aren’t a part of the Big Corporate Music Grinder.    Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

@Heather Shay, you know me, I am a total crybaby. My emotions flow right through me.

Is it a thing to not want to be transgender? Absolutely. I’ve heard trans folk say many times that they wished they were born cis. I find it heartbreaking and I’m hugely relieved I don’t feel that way, but I know some people do.   You don’t need body dysphoria to be trans. You don’t need any dysphoria. You just need to feel a mismatch between your gender identity and your sex assigned at birth. Of course, whether or not you should transition is a different question, but some people do so without body dysphoria. In my case, my dysphoria is mainly social, though I do feel some body dysphoria.   British writer Paris Rees said that maybe if society weren’t so transphobic she wouldn’t have felt the need to transition. I wonder about that sometimes too, but I find it impossible to know.   Can I make one suggestion w/r/t therapists? I agree with Vicky’s suggestion, but I hope you will avoid anyone claiming to practise “exploratory therapy”, and if you start feeling that a therapist is trying to “cure” you of your gender that you will find someone else. The affirmative model of care, contrary to what some anti-trans campaigners would have you believe, simply means that the clinician takes your own view of your gender seriously. This is crucial, imo, if you are to discover your own identity. No-one can know if you are trans but you, but it sure helps to have someone knowledgeable to discuss it with.

Good morning everyone,    Parker has been walked, fed and watered. He’s now checking to make sure the backyard doesn’t have any squirrels in it. The largest squirrel is on an overhanging branch chirping at him. The other sounds of the neighborhood include a far off in the distance interstate highway, that is drowned out by bird songs claiming the feeders are full. We still don’t have any cicadas in our area yet. The coffee pot is finishing up so I’ll be scrolling through the threads with thumb swipes, and not replying until I drink the first cup. Today is the pick of the week according to the local weather person. So I’ll be mowing the lawn once the morning dew has lifted.    I hope you have a wonderful day.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

You might need adjustment. I think fatigue might be something you discuss with your endo or doctor or NP.

Welcome. Well written and relatable. I get it. I see you've met some of the wonderful sisters here and more will join in soon.
