Any Natural Way To Grow Breasts?

Im female in male body, and I wonder if there's any way to grow my breasts a bit larger without hormones, just in a natural way... are there any exercises that can help me? or anything else? anything natural. I wonder whether the advice for genetic girls applies to us as well:

I've got "man"-boobs (gynecomastia) so they're already a bit largish but if I could make them just a bit larger this could help me very much psychologically. Also, I'm overweight and I intend to lose weight but I'm afraid whether this will make my breasts smaller. I'm really terrified at this idea. I wear tight t-shirts just to show what I've got even though I'm in male body (LOL I've got strange looks for this haha). So, can I lose weight without losing my breasts?

Also, if I get on HRT someday (probably far in the future, just collecting info now), I know my breast will get larger, but how much? I don't want them very big, small-breasted female is the ideal form for me. Can the breast size in my family used to predict my own? My family has got large breast sizes, so I guess if I get on HRT I'll be large size as well? Do you know any way to ensure small breasts while on HRT (larger than manboobs of course, but small for females)?

Unfortunately without hormones they will shrink since it is pretty much all fat. Unless you have actual breast tissue there they will shrink. Depending on how large your breasts are exercises will either make them bigger of flatten them out. If you don't have much there and without hormones, exercises would just harden your chest. If your breasts are already big having muscle underneath could push them up. Pretty much though if you want them to get bigger hormones are the main thing that would do it.

They say a cup size smaller than your female relatives, but really there is no way of telling how big they will get until you do it. You can't control how big your breasts get, you can't pick and choose what developes and how much. You just get what you get and make the most of it.

I hope this helps and good luck!

Ditto what Christina said. The only exercises I could think of would be things to make your pecs bigger, and even then they'd still be "man-boobs," not shaped femininely at all (plus any exercise to tone your pecs would probably broaden your shoulders quite a bit, too.)

Nope,

Once on HRT,you get what nature gives us.If big breasted women run in

your family, good chance you will have larger breasts also.Usually a cup

size smaller then your mom or sister.Funny, most of us girls would rather

have, and wishing for,a bigger cup size. You are the first I have read who

wanted a small pair of breasts and for them to stay that way.

I don't wanna be huge either, I'd be quite happy filling a B cup, once i've hit my goal weight. Would growing breasts through HRT while loosing weight at the same time be beneficial? since you would loose some fat from your breasts, it would maybe mean that at least for a while on the HRT it probably wouldn't have to stretch and grow new skin there as it was replaced by breast tissue no?

I know a couple of cisgirls who feel that they just aren't "big-breasted women" and either don't mind being flat or want a reduction, I'm sure trans women can be the same. :)

But as the others have said- unless you have breast-shaped breast tissue on your chest, no amount of exercise will help. Exercising builds the muscle underneath what you have- so if what you have looks male, it'll continue to look male. The only reason it helps women is because the muscle builds under their breasts, pushing them up, and even then you can reach a point where too much muscle starts to make you flat. I imagine the posture and bra advice might help shape what you have to look more feminine, though.

Yes - you are what you are - and everyone has a body designed to go male or go female with secondary sexual characterisitcs WHEN the correct 'fuel' is used!

So we MTF? Add estrogen - delete tesosterone? What happens - the body says 'AHA" plan B!

And you will develop as you should if it had started out that way.

BUT

You will have a few years of 'testosterone poisoning!" "T" may have used up some of the estrogen reception sites and they got tired of waiting, and died.

BUT

There is a misunderstanding with our community. You aren't typical of your "mother" or of your 'mother and your sisters." You will be typical of your FEMALE family members! So look at aunts, grandmothers and great aunts. I am already larger than my mom - about the same as my sisters - and I have a way to go! Both my grandmothers were buxom! There it is!

Luck of the genetics.

You will pretty much get the size that you were genetically engineered for from the beginning - Lizzy had that information correct - also we all know that nothing can make feminine breast other than Estrogen - that it is what triggers breast development while Testosterone inhibits it!

If you lose the weight while on HRT you will not lose much from the breasts but it will come off of the middle easier.

Either way the size is pretty much predetermined just like it was for your mother, sisters, aunts, grandmothers - it just is.

Love ya,

Sally

Yes there is a natural way.... take your hormones and let nature grow them. As to size its a crap shoot you never know what you will get until you are finished.

ALSO!!!!!

Never forget that the breasts are not developed in a few months or even a year!

The normal female breast starts at puberty and develops for several years..

That's why it's not recommended to get breast augmentation right away..you might end up with WAY too much!

DisDwarf---there is a difference between true gynecomastia and pseudo-gyno: the latter which is what "man-boobs" are consists of male breasts that become enlarged with fat tissue. True gyno consistists of glandular tissue that forms when your mammary glands develop as they would in a cisfemale. The shape of breasts is also different between the two---man-boobs are shaped differently than the female shape you see with true-gyno. With true gyno your breasts will not go away when you lose weight and they can be enhanced by doing exercises that develop your pectorial muscles that lie above and underneith the mammary glands. You could ask your doctor if you have true gyno or pseudo-gyno. Glandular tissue is spongy and less dense than fatty tissue as it is designed to produce and store milk. Breasts that develop as glandular tissue develops tend to bounce and jiggle a little more and tend to be more sensitive and/or erogenous when touched. If you have true-gyno your breasts will probably continue to develop naturally over time and if you go on HRT their growth would be accelerated.

While the Soviet Union did not end up being the source of all evil, I believe that history has shown that Joe McCarthy generally was right. There ARE all kinds of Marxists slithering around. And if that had been dealt with firmly 75 years ago (or more) the nation wouldn't be in the shape that it's in now.    And while I generally oppose the idea of intervening in foreign affairs, the world probably would have been better off if we had taken care of issues in Russia and defeated the Bolshevik Menace back in 1919. God bless the memory of Admiral Kolchak.   Getting back to project 2025, my belief is that Republican efforts are inappropriately focused on trans folks. A minority of a minority does not wreck a nation. But it is easier to focus on trans folks because they can look like they're doing something. They don't have to address the real problems, and really they don't want to address them because they would have to address themselves.  They would also need to admit that the 50 State version of the USA cannot be saved.

@Willow things went pretty well on Monday. I have been working on the project all week long. I've been hanging out with my husband a lot, since he said that nobody would mind because I'm working on company stuff. My work is going slowly, but it is going. Rather better than I had hoped.   I ended up waking up late this morning. After 18 months of only working on house chores, not really used to doing anything else. Actually a little bit tired

Getting back to this… I've seen objections to Critical Race Theory, but simply "critical theory" is a new one on me.  I think we need to be "critical" about a lot of things, or at least examine why we believe what we do about them.  If they stand up under scrutiny, great.  If not perhaps we need to look at something else.   Not all socialists are Soviet Russian Communists. I have read very little Marx myself.  That kind of writing bores me quickly.  But I think there are legitimate concerns about unfettered capitalism.  There are countries that seem to do well on a mixture of capitalism and socialism.  But I am no Tankie.   The Red Scare kinda morphed into the Lavender Scare, and now we have this Transgender Scare.   The thing is, most people are scared to get to know any of the people they are scared of. I'm not scared of evangelical christians.  But I am a little scared of what they seem ready to do to me, because they are scared of me. I am not a scary person - don't want to be.  I'm just an old trans woman trying to mind my own business, and get with what's left of my life. And the 2025 project seems to be designed to make that difficult.

My mom has been more accepting of me being trans lately and even promised i could get a binder if i pay with my own money. The preferred name is still an issue. So far my mom, close friends and brother know i identify as trans but no one else does. I recently told mr grandparents about my partner and explaines the perferred name as a nickname they prefer to have. Luckily everyone who knows is accepting but i feel like i still have so much progress to make. Started getting more uncomfortbale being reffered to as my deadname and she/her in public. My therapist is getting me a trans pin for my birthday next time I see her. I have hop but sometimes I feel like the goal is so far. HRT and top surgery are things i know i want but there has been warnings given to me about the problems that come with it from the ones that have accepted me and I trust most. Mainly from the adults in my life that know, also been getting nervous many people dont see me as a man but i also go to an all girl school. being consistenly reffered to as women has started to get to me and have had urge on several occasions to write perferred name on paper. i dont think pereffered name can go into school system due to being catholic school and for graduation diploma we have to contact the person in charge and ask. I just need some advice on what to do, I am thank ful for the advice everyone had given me, made me feel better about future and hope that I can transition but also worry about familial ties and affect. due to most f them being born in the 80's and 90's and not taking it well originally mostly based on my moms reaction. I love my family alot but how they might react is scaring me. my mom still donesnt want them to know. I know they love me but when I eventually come out and medically trasition in several years hopefully, what will happen? there are little kids in the family and I already dont see them a lot, how would their parents react? what would they say to the kids? I know my aunt would not take it well due to political belief and warnings from cousins.

Maybe.  But they'd probably resent being required to do it.   IDK.  You have to show ID to register already.  And you have to be registered to vote.

Hah! Woke up the Red Scare!   I’ve never read Marx. I tend to believe in the inherent goodness in people. I let their words and deeds change that. Insisting people are immoral/less than/should not exist, stripping them (or keeping them from) human rights, is an a most basic example of true evil. What evils do LGBTQ+ people present simply existing? How does the Right justify their crusade against us? What justifies the manufactured fear and loathing they spout every day about us?
