Well, when I can have the chance to crossdress (usually for a costume) and I strap my chest, I pretty much can't breathe and have a broken back within an hour... T.T Does losing weight or doing particular exercises, idk, help lessen the burden of those who are "naturally endowed"(that's what my mom calls it)? lol... I mean, they are pretty much 3/4 adipose tissue, right?

Even if I wasn't androgyne, it's friggin' HARD to find bras as it is... T.T

I sometimes visit cosplay.com 's crossplay forums (crossplay=crossdressing and costuming at the same time- anyone can go there for good tips btw) and the unfortunate souls such as myself just say "keep binding!" or "don't do it so long that you pass out!" or "compression shirt, ace bandage, more bandages, duct tape"... T.T I feel like Elizabeth Swann from Pirates of the Carribean. "I can't breathe!"

"Come ooonnn, just one more bandage!"

"I disincline to acquiesce your request, means HECK NO!"

I do need to lose weight though- and I'm going to work on that. >< At least work up the muscle tone...

Excuse mah randomness- I'm having a good and hyper morning- just wanted to cheer you up. :3

After some thorough research (asking google in the format of a question has always been something I hated- idk why, like stepping on a crack, but I did it... ><)- I answered my question and thought I should share it here... Honestly I sort of figured this, but they still sort of answer my question- that losing weight in general (and for some people exercising can give the illusion) reduce breast size.

I lost the site I was going to post here, but found these. :3

*wince*

I would personally run, like marathon training. A girl I work with went from spilling out of her bra to needing to go down a size or two.

I wouldn't trust the internet too much. Push-ups are all over women's magazines for being breast growth inducing exercises. Of course I have been wrong before.

Marathons? there is no need to go that far.

Personally I run 10-13km a day 4/7. If you want to reach that level it will take you at least 1-2 months.

Any cardiovascular exercise will do really (Bicycle, roller skates, running). Just don't do as low as 5 x 30min per week, as it is the bare minimum recommended and will barely strengthen your heart.

People think you can loose fat by walking... man you have to be patient. :P

I don't know for others, but running makes my fat drop at an incredible speed. And because of "T", every time I lose 1lb of fat, I gain 2lb of muscles.

Have fun!
