Food And Weight And...crap

I love how stupid things... ... whatever.

I'm not "underweight", or "overweight".

Or..whatever.

So what's the problem eh?

I've been dieting since i was a kid. A lot of things triggered that, among others my mother beginning to put her expectations on me. I was a 5'5 12 year old with a body to match the height. Among other things.

... The one who's wanted me to fit into 26"(waist) skirts, S/M shirts (despite a chest that hasn't gone below a 32C since i was 13...errr...yeah.)

Sure. have lost weight.

Still too fat.

Too fat even when I was underweight. So I know it's not healthy. Not that stupid, really!

God I'm stupid.

Plans to starve.

Been pushing myself too far too. Which isn't new really. I always push myself too far, walking on twisted ankles, dislocated shoulders, popped hip, ect.

Well, whatever.

Rants needed.

I don't know 100% what I'm going to do

However, what I want to... could mess up my body. To put it in lauras-playground-appropriate terms anywho. I'd prefer a more harsh term.

<_< this can't be normal

Dear :)

I know that you do not want to hurt yourself. I also know that you do not want to starve yourself to ill health. If you eat too little you can seriously damage your kidneys among other things.

You do want to have a proper diet. A proper diet is so important to a sound body and mind :)

If you think that you might be anorexic, I would ask that you seek counceling.

A proper diet will keep you in balance with your weight, your looks, your peace of mind.

Brenda is on the right track, hon.

Have you talked recently to a dietitian or a nurse? They could help you determine your proper weight, and then help you develop a proper

diet to achieve it.

Nothing is impossible with the right information, the right tools, and the right motivation. Sounds like you have the latter, now just work on

the first two.

I wish you luck, hon.

I know that feeling. It's lovely, isn't it? At least in a twisted kind of way.

When I was younger I water fasted for almost three weeks; not sure how I survived. Dropped down to 95lbs, and at 5'8'' I was looking pretty skeletal; was still to fat in certain areas, and to skinny in others though. Well, anyway, it didn't mess-up my body. I had an EKG and all kinds of tests done to prove that. Six years later though- if you opened me up it'd probably look pretty grim inside.

If you ever need help/support/anything, just PM me, I won't judge. :D

Warning: I tend to "pick apart" what people say ,it's really not meant to be mean or anything.

Kidneys, muscles {for whatever reason starvation = muscle loss =/= fatloss, that makes no sense IMO but...}

However, you would never find someone who'd say i'm anorexic... Maybe 2 years ago but not now. I'm not thin enough, part of the diagnosis is 15% underweight or more.

I know my weight. =\ Almost wish I didn't, but it's nice to know you've lost some eh?

But i have talked to a doctor about my weight. She was NOT helpful. Just like "eat more fruit vegtables stop eating sugar/carbs/fat but dont try to loose any weight" And she said that when I was at least 20 pounds overweight. Its been almost a year and I can't get to my target still.

Annoying...

Sometimes i just want to die.

Rain here. I went to Asheville yesterday, and stayed later to visit some before going down the mountain.  Down here there were a lot of trees down in the northern part of the county.  The power had gone off at the house, but was back by the time I got home (21:00).  There was a thunderstorm during the night.

I used to get ma'am'ed during my 45 years of boy-mode and it drove me nuts.    Now that I have accepted girl-mode I find it quite pleasant.    Either way, being miss gendered is quite disturbing. I upon a rare occasion might get sir'ed by strangers and it's quite annoying.

Good morning Ash,    Welcome to TransPulseForums, I have a young neighbor who plays several brass instruments who lives behind my house. He is always practicing and I could listen to them for hours, well I guess I have listened to them for hours, and my favorite is when they play the low tones on the French Horn.    Best wishes,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Good morning everyone,    I had my first cup of coffee this morning with my wife, my second was a 20oz travel mug on the way to the airport. Once clearing TSA, I bought another 20oz to pass the time at the boarding gate. I’m flying Indy to Baltimore, then driving to Wilmington, DE for my last teaching engagement at the DE State Fire School.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

In my opinion, the gender neutral version of sir or ma'am is the omission of such honorifics.   "Excuse me, sir" becomes simply, "Excuse me", or better yet, "Excuse me, please."   "Yes, ma'am" becomes "Yes", or depending on the context, "Yes, it would be my pleasure" or "Yes, that is correct."   Else, to replace it with a commonly known neutral term such as friend, or credentialed or action-role-oriented term depending on the situation such as teacher, doctor, driver, or server.   And learn names when you can. It's a little known fact that MOST people are bad with names. So if you've ever told someone, "I'm bad with names", you're simply affirming you're typical in that way. A name, just like any other factoid, requires effort to commit to memory. And there are strategies which help.

@KymmieL it’s as if our spouses are two sides of the same coin. We never know which side will land up. Loving or Disliking.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

almost 45 min later. Still in self pity mode. I cannot figure out my wife. I shared a loving post on Facebook to my wife. Today she posts, you are my prayer. Yet, last week she puts up a post diragitory towards trans people. Does she not relate to me being trans?   ???

Hi Vivelacors!!  Like everyone else said, it is never too late to be you. It does feel too late at times but we can still enjoy our femininity every day, moment by moment!!                                                  💗 Cynthia

Well we have the white rain, about 2 inches. Work is still terrible, with me making stupid little mistakes. Yet, to the boss it is the end of the world. Still on the hunt for another.   life just still sucks for me. I just wish I could be happy for a day. I'd even settle for a couple hours.   Kymmie
