Hair transplants or possibly minoxidil. It's an otc product that you can purchase at most drug or department stores.

If you are MTF and are taking hormones. One androgen blocker you should consider is finasteride (propecia).

Just so you're aware there is such thing as female balding as well(but its rare and called something specific I can't remember). Most women deal with this by using wigs but they buy high quality wigs from donated hair from women. These wigs last a certain amount of years then need to be replaced.

Minoxidil and finesteride have been mentioned already. I am one of the unfortunate few who doesn't seem affected by finesteride.

About the only other thing that works, besides praying in the Kamigami Shinto Shrine in Japan, is hair implants.

Wigs are nice too!
