yesterday! i was too much depressed. i felt like going but...........................

still the situation hasn't changed yet.....

no i m not an easy loser but...............

i don't know why these foolish thoughts surface out now and then.

how can one escape from these?

I find it helps a little to realize that all women tend to get depressed.

It is all just part of being a woman, and thus it kind of confirms that you are a woman

Hi Gauri,

I recently confided in a friend that I was having depressed feelings, and I tend to become withdrawn when that happens. She told me that times like this are when one needs to share. I guess it is part of our transitioning.

Please keep posting, get on Chat, whatever it takes to keep discussing it. I know I am not good about this, but I just have to keep trying.

I know - we get depressed! It seems to be from nowhere! OMG can the walls come crashing down!

I think part of it is the hormones. That is a no brainer. To be a woman now, we are subject to a woman's enslavement to estrogen and progesterone battles! It gets weird sometimes. I accidentltly erased a message here on Laura's last night. Happens all the time - there is a glitch - if I accidently hit the CTRL button - GONE - and it is just under the shift! I do it to often - and I know - I should type in WORD and paste - but... I broke down and cried! And went to bed crying! Sally was so upset that I was upset! TWO hormonal women living together - oh my oh my oh my

Another part is being trans - its really a horrible place for us to be - between what the world wants us to be and what we have to be! It takes a huge amount of work to get past so much of all that - depressing as hell! NOT OUR FAULT - yet roadblocks and delays EVERY STEP OF THE WAY - depressing is a mild way to put it - our terrible struggles...

And finally - just sometimes a bad day. We do what we do best now - we get depressed.

I guess this is my take on all that.

Unfortunately I think all of us go through battles of depression. It is never easy but we are here for you if you need to talk more.
