I just read this from a program I bought for a bikini body.

Working the side obliques will build those muscles and create a strait line from your armpits to your hips.

The exercises talked about were ones like the side bridge variety and not the cross-over variety.

anyway, just a thought.

Wearing a bikini is about as likely for me as getting a ride on the Space Shuttle, but they're both fun to dream about.

*sigh*

Since I had to live in a woman's body, for a long time I tried to make it the best I could and was blessed w/ a 21" waist I wanted to keep. I got it there and kept it there with a simple exercise that probably works on that same principal (Not saying everyone will have a tiny waist-just saying it works to sculpt but is so old and easy it won't sell videos)

It's that simple arms straight out to the sides and swing one way as far as comfortable with your arms straight out. Then swing back the other way. Simple and painless.

I think having your arms up like that helps straighten and strengthen the side and abdominal muscles while adding momentum to stretch the swing and make it more effective.

It's a lot like the motions of swimming that develop those long rather than bunchy muscle lines.

Hugs
