Andrea, thanks for the link. That's quite refreshing how they just put their services right out there. It feels much more personable when the focus is on describing in layman's terms how surgeries are generally done. So many FFS sites out there seem to think that a gozillion image sets (before/after) are enough to put the prospective patient at ease. There are a couple of concerns I have, though. One is that most of the staff appears to be Spanish, yet the descriptions on the website appear to be written by a "westerner". I doubt the language barrier would be that small between the staff at that office and someone from the US. Or am I missing something? Are foreigners typically very fluent in English? The other concern I have is that there doesn't appear to be a lot of real-world FFS experience between the staff members. It appears that many of them have experience in the Oral and Maxillofacial arenas, but that a few of them went and paid a visit to Dr Ousterhout.

I forgot to mention in my previous reply that I see nothing on that website about the costs associated with these surgeries. I understand that they can't diagnose anyone over the Internet, or over the phone, but they could at least state in ball park figures what various costs might be. In my case I'd want to know how much a package of rhino, brow boss removal, scalp advance and orthognathic surgery would cost.

Hi Aeron,

Most European countries have English as their first language. The two Surgeons are Daniel Simon and Dr Bart van de Ven from Antwerp.

I am having a FFS Consultation on 28th July at Harley St , London. I will post further info after that. I would imagine costs would be comparable to that in the US.

Yeap, I saw who the two surgeons were on the "staff" page. I will eagerly look for your impressions in the consultation. Question everything, and don't let the new surroundings or number of people in white coats overly impress, or overwhelm, you.

I went there. I spent all this money but unfortunately there were alot of mistakes. I saw another ffs surgeon who says it can be redone alot better.

I had a nose job and brow done.

I tried emailing them to get it done again and they drop the surgical fee but havent heard back from them. Does anyone know if they have closed?

They have stopped answering my emials?

Oh and to answer your question they are beginners at it, but the price is low. I think only one of them has the prroper qualification s os be careful.
