It is important to give yourself proper healing time, practice good hygiene and follow all your surgeons/doctor's instructions, but once healing time is complete the odds are very good that you will experience female orgasm. In my case I was able to achieve vaginal orgasms by about 6 weeks and clitoral orgasms after about 3 months post-op. I have no refractory period and can continue on to achieve multiple orgasms immediately.

I can see that. It's more like suddenly finding yourself floating in an ocean of warmth and pleasure and tingling sensation throughout your body for as long as you can, as opposed to the the wam-bam-thank you ma'am of the male orgasm.

Before was about as satisfying as take a big crXp! After, well, it starts with LOTS of sensations and builds to an incredible tension filling your whole body but focused on .... you know where. It builds to the point you think you can't stand it any more and then something lets go and, well, it is like a lightning storm in your body and fireworks at the same time. You loose all control, writhe, have contractions, and feel like you are exploding all at the same time. It can last a few seconds or go one for quite awhile. Usually, after the first orgasm, you are "primed" for more and the aftershocks can continue for a long time or build into the next orgasm.

All in all, it is pretty mundane ROFL!

The way it's being described, makes me almost wish I could just fast forward life.. however far in the future it might be, to being post op.

I am not post-op, but after having been on hormones for just over a year I can say that I can now have the more typical male orgasm or if I want to work a little differently and longer I have something I can only understand to be a more feminine type described so beautifuly above. I am sure that with time and practice those female orgasms will be easier for me to achieve.

Like others who responded I never found the male orgasm very fulfilling. It released my sexual tension, but little more. Now, with the lack of testosterone in my body I no longer need that release and I can be happy without reaching that climax. I never would have thought that would be possible.

About the feeling and orgasm, I can still get arousend and get an orgasm, but it's a lot more difficult and it kinda hurts!

Im also over a year on hormones, 1 year and 3 months and the orgasm feels different too.. apart from that almost nothing comes out anymore .. ;p

But it's still pleasurable. If it will be similar after Im post op to this orgasm which I have now then it will be surely great.

orgasm isn't everything to me, but still I want that it works too. When I will have sex with my boyfriend and he won't be able to satisfy me then it's kinda frustrating for him

aswell if you know what I mean.
