They are not only one of the most innovative bands of the last 25 some odd years in my opinion.. combining everything from ska... to funk... to metal... to punk

They are also among the best live acts out there. (and I'm far from alone in thinking that.. they are renowned for their live shows) I've seen them three times and blown away each time.

They honestly should have been huge a long time ago, sadly it looks like they never will be.

Here's some links to part 1 and part 2 of an entire show, if anyone likes them or simply wants to check them out.

For the record I personally think part 2 is the stronger overall, if deciding to only check out one of the two.

Forgot to add that even though I prefer part 2 overall, my favorite song "Ma and Pa" starts at right around the 33 minute mark in part 1

and also if anyone plays bass, Norwood who plays a mean bass period... is really impressive in Bonin in The Boneyard which starts at the 47 minute mark of part 1.... any bassists might appreciate it for the level of difficulty, especially the solo in the middle..

Their great Tiffany !

Nice footage at the Avalon !

Really liked the "Everyday Sunshine" tune, they must have said it at least 256 times and it was unique each time ;-)

Skalicious, groovasious, funk metal...

Glad you dug it, yeah Everyday Sunshine is one of their better overall tunes.

There's a recent documentary about them that was released and Everyday Sunshine is the name of it as well.

Glad you liked them Donna!

They are my favorite band in the world, they are playing in St. Louis next week.. but don't have a vehicle right now.

Sucks because would have gladly drove the 300 plus miles.

Last time I saw them was the day before Thanksgiving 2008, also in St. Louis.
