I finally got a consultation with Dr. Zukowki in Chicago that was recommended from a friend of mine who had work done by him, Dr. Zukowski also provided several patient references that he previously worked on and so far I am very impressed with his work and also the recommendations as well. Listed below is the work that he recommends and I am hoping to set a date here soon since I got most of what I need saved up and just waiting to get some personal things done before I make a definitive date/time for my surgery, OMG I can't wait! lol

2011 SURGERY ESTIMATE SHEET

• Feminizing biplaner variant endoscopic browlift with orbital rim burring/scalp advancement and temporal fat grafting -- $5500.00
• Upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with 35% TCA peel -- $2250.00
• Feminizing rhinoplasty/septoplasty -- $4000.00
• Chin bone burring with soft tissue reshaping, tracheal shave and a retroauricular variant neck and jawlift -- $6000.00
• Jaw angle bone reduction with masseter muscle excision -- $3500.00
• Vertical lip lift -- $2000.00
• Fat grafting to the lips, cheeks and nasolabial folds -- $1250.00

Thanks, and it is actually around 32k (total costs, including the anesthesia/facility fees ect...but it will so be worth whatever the casts if it will help me get me to where I need to be at!

Not to be a wet blanket, but do you need all of that? Beware plastic surgeons! There have been many cases where, when an all-to-willing patient comes in, they'll recommend things that aren't quite necessary, but certainly do increase the bottom line (much like the "rustproofing" on cars). Be sure you've taken a critical look at every one of those procedures, what it can do for you, and see if the costs for certain things seem like they're worth what you get from them.

Again, I'm not trying to rain on your parade. Just saying, don't get taken advantage of through enthusiasm!

Did you try to find people on your own who had gone to him instead of people he used as references? I'm from Chicago so the idea of this guy interested me, and just reading about FFS on the net I've come across a few neg comments.

I appreciate your concern, I know that surgeons, especially ones that are perfectionists give you more then what you need but I talked with several of his patients so far and they all recommend him and said that he doesn't give you more then what he thinks (or you) need, he also does not 'push' you for those extras that other Doctors seem to do! Do I think I need all of this? .....Yes defiantly, for me to finally be happy in life and be my 'trueself', it is worth everybit of it.
